The way to fight Nasus isn't to give up Teemo's E. You do lean into your Q to neutralize Nasus, but you still want offense beyond just shrooms. Going BotRK + Nashor's Tooth + Ionian Boots, along with Void Staff + Deathcap + ?mythicofchoice?, gives Teemo enough damage and enough AH to both Q-spam Nasus while still being a huge threat with both E and R.

Shouldn't Zwag get two eyes above his head if he is spotted? If so, he only got that after Jhin put down the trap that triggered.
It was a perfect rightunder Zwag trap... one could suspect foul play. But Zwag didn't even notice he was spotted and just stood there and died.
Might just have been warded and they saw him stealth
@@SmithKO The eyes appear only when one has *true sight* on someone or when someone has been *revealed* (here: Jhin's E). But Oracle Lens grants only obscured vision.

At 37:54 the only thing I can think of is that the sweeper revealed you still. Because Jhin went straight to trapping right on top and blowing you up as he did so. I don't think they had a ward there because they were definitely ignoring you for a moment as they were heading for the drag. I think the dragon pushing Khazix away while he still had sweeper going pushed Khaz close enough to you to have the sweeper reveal you. That was unlucky.
That Evelynn proves that if the wrong person gets all the gold it's just unwinnable.

I even thought that the sweeper wasn't in range it was close
it was the Jhin trap that got him there. Jhin just happened to place on right on top of him.

@@Wadenbeisser24 my god i'm a Teemo main, and I've been through this for idk how many times now. Sweeper reveals teemo's shadow, but it doesn't make him a target for AAs, abilities are a different story tho.

Zwag thank you for validating my hate for Nasus when playing teemo. It's a very hard matchup and most players think teemo Q counters nasus, when wither counters teemo harder.
Nasus is countered by teemo. You just need to freeze 1 time, and he loses hard. This matchup is all about going all in, or managing wave. You went in the middle of both of those, and that's why you lost.
It's just the wrong build against Nashs. It's best to go machine gun against him with auto attack spam and and % HP damage.

Hey zwag! In my opinion the best rune to go against nasus as teemo is phase rush. And you dont need to go swifties this way!! Keep up the teemo grind❤ Also i would like a lot to see you playing xer and stomping ppl when you have good match ups bcs i know its hard nowadays to carry with him
When you are dealing with nasus if u are low and u got teammates around u, you can blind him then just dont walk you go invincible so he cant attack you that way your teammates can kill him. It is a nice trick.
Does anyone else feel like maxing E first would've made more impact in the early game? Seems like Nasus can just sustain the damage of Q.

To beat Yorick as Teemo you need to go AD on hit Teemo with BoRK, Rageblade, and Kraken, shrooms don't deal damage but you can 1v6(counting Yorick, Maiden and 4 ghouls) him, hard focus Yorick
Edit: AD on hit Teemo counters most of his worst match ups but not Nasus unfortunately

just had a game in the same scenario, whole team keeps rushing things when I am so far ahead as Caitlyn, they always died without me and gave shutdows like when I recall to get item they would charge in, thus the comeback because of level gap

*Edit: I'm sure you already knew this but just in case. When playing the Int strategy way.. It's very important that you don't go for kills. You can put dmg on others, just don't kill. How the MMR works is, when solo queuing after you did the Int strategy way the first game, & you never killed anyone. Yes you might have braindead players inside that first game. The next game the system will put you in a team that is above average. If you can continue to do the Int strategy without killing anyone. You will always be in a party of people who are not fucking braindead. Instead of you being the carry. You'll have 2 or 3 people that can carry & if not carry. Who are actually pretty decent. Now if you really want to sky rocket. Make a whole new account. Your basically factory resetting, as you know. For this alt, this will be the Int strat alt. The number one goal is to not kill anyone if you can try. Yea there will be times where you'll have to kill, but as long as your KDR is complete shit/ extremely low. You will always be in the best groups. The game see's it as.. Damn 0 & 16? THIS GUY SUCKS! Let's go ahead & put him in a team that can carry this loser xD.*
In the nasus matchup phase rush with a liandrys sorcs rush makes it, although boring, a simple matchup
Also going for an early griveous wounds is reaaaaalllyy usefull due to nasus' tremendous sustain
To me it wasn't even the Evelynn. That Yasuo and Ezreal sucked sooo bad. Ezreal would constantly E into the enemy team and Yasuo was doing no damage while also being completely immobile.

Tip you can avoid nasus w attack speed debuff by just buying berserkers and 2-3 daggers. Usually us teemo mains would go on hit against him and if he builds mr just build bork

As an evelynn main personally I would've been gankimg you at least twice before lvl six. I pay more attention to scaling champions on the enemy team more so than objectives.
Phase rush + mercs means you can't ever be killed by nasus. The lane is actually much harder if you get an e max nasus!
Why get mercs? Swiftys are better if youre trying to nerf the wither slow
@@matthoughton1006 mercs + phase rush reduce wither duration to zero seconds - there will be no slowing effect. It also helps vs nasus e max lane to have that bit of mr
I thought mercs reduced the slow duration effectively compressing the duration of effect so that you get hyper slowed for a shorter duration. Swiftys mitigate slowing effects by %

Is Nasus popular enough to warrant a ban?
I play adc/mid and I've started banning Nasus a lot. It's not because I can't play against him, but it seems like my teams number one goal is to feed him to the point that he can't be killed. Sad, he's an easy champ to play against if your team knows how.

never ban nasus its legit a free game every time. if you go phaserush he will never touch you and you can kill him easily with w max second. against certain matchups it is required to run phaserush, or else you gonna have a hard time. if anything you should ban teemos hardest counter wich is cassiopia or ryze. if you face that in higher elo you cant even leave your tower or you die. if your jungler ignores toplane wich is most of the time, just because teemo sucks supporting a gank and its botlane meta/drakes.
Against a Nasus is better to clear his wave faster, hurricane and nashors are good to do that, also your E should be your best friend not the Q, thd Q is o ly for Nasus and the E is for farming the minions with the dmg over time
