EU is all one size so just a EU40.

I would go with your typical size in EU I think that would be a 38 but don’t quote me. You can Google size charts.

I’m a women’s US 9.5/10 and typically do a EU 40. I say these run TTS so I would do a EU 40 if I was you. Or 40.5 but not to much larger

Yes, indeed! I have chubby wide feet and got my true size. If your concerned and/or have like extra chubby/wide feet I would half size up. A whole size might be too much since these are leather and will give some eventually

Yes, you should be fine and may have room even. I’m a US 9.5/10 in most shoes. Nike sneakers i wear a US 9 though and my 40 in these fits perfect.
should I get them in a 11/44 or should I get them in my original size which is a 12/45?
I would go with your regular size, feel like sizing down may work but to be safe i would say they are TTS
