The one that really got me was number 16 and how our inner child hears all the things we say about ourselves. I struggle a lot with self esteem and self love. I've been working with my therapist on healing my inner child recently and it's been a slow but rewarding journey. Oh, I love this and so many of these points resonate so strongly. I've been following you since you began your journey as an atiny and I love your kpop content, but honestly videos like this are such an important reminder to just check in with yourself. This past year has been hard (ending a long term relationship and struggles with truly knowing and acknowledging what I want my life to look like) but this encourages me to take stock of who I am and what makes me happy, see how much I've grown and am still growing (even at my age!) and that it's okay to start again and want what is best for me

Oh, #10 is SO effing true, good lord...😟 (friend of a friend is extremely affable and open during group events. I see her as very fascinating and would love to just chat with her about her job and experiences, and she has zero interest outside of mutual friend events. Boy does that stink. But probably my biggest growth moment was taking that in, accepting it, and not lashing out or freezing her out in later encounters. Which younger me would absolutely have done, sadly.) #12...pardon me, I'll be unconscious for the next 4 hours.
