We absolutely loved it at Sunshine Key!!! Seeing the manatees made it that much more magical. Going and looking for them daily with the kids became a daily routine for us while we were there.
We really wanted to be there this winter, but God had other plans for us. We love the volunteer opportunity. We owned a scuba shop in Japan and we are both ocean enthusiasts. ❤👍🏻
Awesome video as usual. I like the Manatees and the dolphins are also pretty awesome. And the lighthouse was cool. Don’t think I would like the steps though lol.
My favorite part about Sunshine Key is watching the manatees. Give me a chair and a drink and I’m a happy camper 😊how wonderful to volunteer at a place that is your passion. Will she get any credits for school for her volunteer work?
It was a great experience for her. She will not get credits that I know of but will get a letter of recommendation. They invited her to apply for an internship at some point. That is a 6 week commitment so we will have to figure that one out. Thanks for watching!
Love the keys and the video! You do realize that those side panels on the windows serve a purpose, don’t you? They keep others from seeing in on the sides of the windows. I don’t care what kind of window treatment you have, unless you have something that hangs down the side (side valances that you just took down or curtains), people can se in.
Our blind actually come down the sides of the window and lay flush. You can’t see in and it doesn’t let in light during the day. It has worked out pretty well 😊
