- Today we share our thoughts on the Kumala Pantai Hotel in Legian. We've stayed at this hotel a few times over years and it never disappoints. We've always had a fantastic stay there.
They have lush gardens, beautiful pools, nice rooms, great food and the perfect location. The employees are super friendly and look like they are really happy to work there, which always makes for a great stay.
Prices change daily depending on demand but usually are between $55-$100 a night. We usually email the hotel for a price but usually find it is cheaper to book online through Agoda or Bookings, etc.
It is a quiet hotel and is perfect for adults who love a relaxing and quiet hotel experience.

We resigned from our high school teaching positions to find the balance that was severely lacking in our lives. After suffering the effects of burnout and stress we needed to make a change for the better. One that would see us living our best lives! Life is too short!

Hey guys, so glad I found your channel. I've searching for digital nomads in their 50's on TH-cam for ages. I don't think there are many of us sharing our journey on TH-cam. Perhaps it's a generation thing 🤷.
So it's great to feel part of a community of badass 50 club doing things differently.

Thanks Al & Deb , good look around the hotel, looking at staying late January, can I asked you, as it's raining season,do the walk ways around the Hotel get very slippery?
I am from the Gold Coast also.
Yes, there are some spots around the hotel that are slippery but we’ve definitely stayed in places that were a lot worse during the rainy season. Just take it slow - the rain usually only lasts a hour or two but the sun and humidity dry it up quickly before the next downpour. 😁
