পেনাল্টি নিয়ে সবাই না জেনে মন্তব্য করছেন।FIFA r নতুন পেনাল্টি rules কি বলছে দেখুন ।
বল হাতে লেগেছে না হাত বাড়িয়ে বল আটকানো হয়েছে ,সেটা দেখতে বলা হয়েছে। এইটা নিয়ে একটা আলোচনা করুন।
ক্রিকেটে পায়ে বল লাগলেই যেমন lbw হয় না ,ফুটবলের নিয়ম ও তাই বলছে হ্যান্ডবল থেকে পেনাল্টির ব্যাপারে।
Rules এর অংশ দিয়ে দিলাম :
*It is an offence if a player:
• deliberately touches the ball with their hand/arm, for example moving the hand/arm towards the ball
• touches the ball with their hand/arm when it has made their body unnaturally bigger.
