Firstly let us see that phutpat is started from 90 or more than that, before they have started their duties in municipality and now they are taking action on there own way as they are 'don' of Darjeeling you should also know that there family is growing up by that shop only......... If you are taking good action than clear all the phutpat and settel them somewhere not than this is dadagari in dj town that's all this action shows near election..... This is because they want vote on their side to stay for long tenure.......... As rotatory is quoted it's not only in main gate there are shops sideways also can't that municipality see......... Municipality is doing partiality to the shopkeeper.....

It is a great initiative but it should be regular and systematic.You should issue a proper ticket and hand it over to the shop owners and seal the shop if it compromises the health of the people. Also instead of just walking around and people taking it as a normal thing - like in 1:18 that guy did not care to even move an inch. For people to take these actions seriously they should be aware of the penalty/process and the why they should do it? I think they know it is random shouts and they are just waiting for you to leave so that could go back to doing the same. If same thing is happening again and again it shows that this action is not effective. You should go back to the table and re-structure your approach. And also in the case of 2:18 it must mean her whole monthly income to sell those vegetables so it would help her to know where she could go? So a systematic solution driven raid is necessary not just duty driven. IT is however a GREAT initiative. BUT THAT OIL WAS DISGUSTING and that is one random shop - there could be many more. Great job!
They should impose fines & increase the fines according to the 1st time 2nd time & 3rd time offenses .. otherwise you guys are just wasting your time & energy
