What an unbelievable story and what an amazing woman! What a loss it would have been if Jyoti-ji had not been able to realize her dream. She is a true inspirationa and absolutely amazing!
You are right....but actually once Shiva wanted to gift creation Meditation through music...so he took two pumpkins put a bamboo stick on them ,used strings and began playing in the Himalayas:;deers birds and other animals came together surrounded him and kept hearing the music::they were devoid of thirst and hunger...They were so overwhelmed by the music that they just cried rejoicing the sheer beauty and the simplicity of the music.....Also Rudra veena is said to be the Father of all other string instruments like Sitar shared which were mere modifications to the original one..... Since Rudra Veena was for calming meditation, you will feel it's real magic/impact only when you listen to it live...without any mics or sound systems....just sit with someone playing rudra veena ....you don't even need to strike too many notes....1 note slow calm prolonged will do the job!!!! Rudra Veena is a tough instrument to play.
