What happend is that the M3 went in power sleepmode. CTEK 12v 4.3A battery charger is what you need first. You need to disconnect the battery, charge it fallow the steps from ctek charger. Once battery is 100%, connect the vehicle and register the battery in the car and all will be good. Don't forget to leave the trunk open 😁
Got a F82 with a li-ion. I got the BMW charger that supports li-ion. It's basically a re-branded CTEK. This comment is correct. Li-ion batteries don't work properly with standard chargers, there are different charge cycle stages and the LI-ION chargers are the only ones that can make it charge correctly. (You also need to register the battery with the car, it's done via ISTA, that fixes most battery issues also)
Great seeing a new video from you. Try charging the battery on the positive terminal in the engine bay over night. If the car thinks the battery has low charge you have to go via the IBS sensor for it to understand it is charged again. Had to do this on my F80 with Lithium battery

About your battery problem: try to check your alternator. Put voltmeter leads on battery terminals and see reading while ramping RPM. If voltage is going down it’s alternator.
When you charge the battery in the car, it's not really charging to full as the car is using it. What you need to do is take the battery out of the car, then charge it to 100% and then put back in and it will work fine 👍🏻
From what I know, disconnect negative terminal from battery (don't forget to keep the trunk open), plug a 12v 10a (or greater) battery charger and leave it over night. Should be ok after that.
Don’t try to charge the battery or anything. Get a Autel scanner or something similar and then reset the battery and set new date as if you “replaced it “ after that the module will wake the battery up when it sees voltage from Alternator!

I also had this problem with battery on BMW m8 from copart, I tried to charge it at all the masters in town, then we decided to open the battery and saw that a microcircuit was burned, which does not allow the battery to charge (it shows that it is charged, but when you connect it to the car, it suddenly goes into breakdown mode) the only method for me to use that battery was to remove the respective microcircuit, but I risk getting a short circuit, for this reason I bought a new battery from the BMW for 1500 EUR ;) P.S. according to what I understood, when the bmw M's are damaged (2019 +), it automatically burns so that the car does not catch fire because if you have noticed the priopatron it is not like the old models, it is a new type
You need a proper charger for a lithium battery. I believe ctek makes one. Lithium batteries charge at a higher voltage so the battery is probably very low and you need a higher voltage to wake up the battery BMS system.
What Ur doing is right to bring the battery back just don't use a smart charger. Old school the best to trick it back to life. The fans could be the battery voltage or possibly to do with the active grills not connected
Just throw a $150 Costco AGM battery on there since it has the same charging style. [no charge until braking but intense] It’s kind of like in the older 3 series where they tell you that it won’t last 4 years if you do that but when you think of the financial cost of buying $1000+ battery versus (6+ ) lower end batteries. (Lead acid) In this case AGM are still quality batteries and Costco will let you swap them out if they go bad , no questions .

Replace the positive battery cable ( don't you have an error on the diagnosis on it? ) When airbags blow, 99% the capsule from the battery cable ignites...
My advice you should leave the battery to charge overnight in other words take the battery out of the car and charge it fully without the booster on all the time it does will not fully charge the battery it is just half charging and you starting the car and driving the car is also killing the battery
You need to bypass the charging circuit thats within the battery, if li-on batteries drop below a certain voltage the batteries internal circuit wont let it charge
I had similar issues with the fans spinning on a Ford S-max, it was because I started up the engine without front bumper installed where was located the wiring harness with connector for the grille shutter, once plugged in fans stop spinning, hope will help you as well

i watched mat armstong videos his bmw m4 had same issue of constant running of fans i think he cleared the codes from code scanner because the vehicle was in some safe mode after the accident...hope it will help u out...
I got my battery AGM down to 5V charger didnt want to start charging. What i did was attach a booster pack and in the same time i put the charger to charge my battery. What this does is tricks the intelligent charger that there is at least 11.2V in the battery and then it starts charging. I removed the booster after 2h and then left to chatge the battery for 24h. Amd it was fine

The fans are most likely on because the ambient temp sensor is disconnected, normally there in the bumper

You must send the batteries to replace the cells. During the tick, you showed the same Battery that it is regenerating.

There is a power connector glitch somewhere. Possibly the wiring harness is slightly connected.
