Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Christmas Cover Story 6
It was over. The torment, misery and chaos of the tortured Pokemon world has came to an end for BF, the Literature Club and the Indie Trio. After a long hour of rest, BF was the first to take his leave and go home. The Club and the Trio however stayed within the club classroom. After everything that has happened, they deserve a little quality time.
Monika: [Exhale] That has to be the most biggest struggles we've ever faced.
Sans: Yup. No kiddin'. We know what the blue haired kid deals with on a daily basis.
Cuphead: THAT'S what he does?! How does he even survive any craziness?
Sayori: I'm sure there is something or someone driving him to keep going!
Natsuki: Either that, or he is too stupid to know danger at all.
Yuri: Um... so now that we're back at the club... what should we do now?
Monika: [Looked at the clock] Well, it didn't seem like time hadn't changed when we first left. Why don't we all write up some poems about everything we had done?
Natsuki: Huh!? After everything we've been through!?
Sans: Calm down, pal. It's honestly a better idea than to continue world jumping again. Besides, I have a better place for us to go to once we finish up here.
Cuphead: So do I but I'm not going back yet. So whatever we do here is fine with me
Sayori: Really? Great! Don't worry, it's easy to write poems!
Yuri: Y-Yeah... As experienced members, we could teach you a thing or two.
Cuphead: Nah, nah. Let us do this on our own. I ain't one to back out on a new challenge.
Sans: I'm down.
Monika: [Looked over at Bendy] Bendy? What about you? You've been quiet since we got back.
Bendy: [Looked up at everyone] If it shall humor all of you, I will be involved... The dark puddles harbor all knowledge of every world this whole legion had traveled... Poems will be childs play to conjure with us as one opposing alliance... [He stared at Sans and Cupgead with an inky yet low growl]
Cuphead: [It took a moment before he caught on] Oh-ho big guy! You want us to take on these four ladies, experienced as they are without any knowledge of poem writing?
Bendy: One must engage in a situation unprepared to know what to expect in future encounters... A single sign of failure will soon to guide you to success...
Sans: Heh. For an ink demon, you're pretty confident in our chances. Alright, we're down for a 4 vs 3.
Sayori: Eh!? That's not fair at all! And we have more experience than you!
Monika: You sure you want a poem write-off against us without us teaching you?
Cuphead: Nah, we'll be fine. As I said before, I double down when I'm not so sure what to do!
Bendy: My realm has foolish subordinates of Joey Drew that are knowledgable in conjuring such foreign melodies and lyrics of a childs cartoon... The entire domain has lent the dark puddles their wonderous knowledge...
Sans: Yeah. And believe it or not, I had a scientific background back in the day. I can probably think of a buncha ways to do this. I think we can work you girls "down to the bone" with this challenge. [INSERT TRADEMARK PUN SHRUG]
Natsuki: [Her eye twitched] Alright, bonehead! You just made it personal! Girls! We have to win against them!
Yuri: N-Natsuki, calm down.
Sayori: Yay! A poem write-off! Let's all do our best guys!
Monika: Hehe. Alright. We accept the challenge. Just know, neither of us will hold back in our poems.
Sans: And neither will we.
{LITERATURE CLUB VS INDIE TRIO}
After a well deserved rest, the Literature Club decided to write poems since it hadn't been much passed time when they left. But with the Indie Trio challenging them to see who is better at poem writing, it seems like this Indieverse bonding time will be the best time they will ever have.
God, this is wholesome!
I also wanna see Bendy writing a poem now, him just sitting in a chair like in the Yuri CGI photos and staring down at it like 'What the fuck do I write'
