There are 2 ways you can do this one is using nameserver and another is using Ip address. But link domain with hosting is recommended by me using nameservers as it is the most popular way and all hosting provides options to do so.
Login in to your domain account - Go to manage / DNS.
Find the option Nameservers, edit to custom nameservers.
(I gave examples of NameCheap and GoDaddy, but follow the steps and you can easily change from your domain provider whether it is NameCheap, GoDaddy, Bluehost, or any other domain registrar ).
Login into your hosting account. Find nameservers and copy those.
Paste those into custom nameservers in the domain account.
(I gave examples of Bluehost and siteground , but follow the steps and you can easily find the nameservers of your hosting company ). I hope you will be able to connect the domain name with hosting.

On custom DNS, I have already entered the link of cloud flare to get the free SSL. Therefore, how I will connect the domain with hosting
You did very good, cloudflare is highly recommended. So no you need to fo to DNS in cloudflare account and then choose A record and edit that and add IP of your domain name. OR if you have naleservers then choose NS records and add the NS record of your new hosting there. Let me know how it went :) Best Wishes!

it's the same procedure, take the nameservers and add those to the dns records. I might not be able to understand your question completely, pardon me for that. If you can provide more details i might be able to answer you in more detail.

@@user-fw8mj9gc5r it is fine that they have same nameserver. first add the domain to the hosting you want to add and then you delete the domain name from the first hosting. The server which is adding domain will understand everything.

Hello, So most of the times it is propogation delat. If you added the correct record then it is matter of time and it will be live anytime soon. Use this website dnschecker.org/ to see if the domain is connected to the Cpanel or not.

hello Naitik, So yes I got your question. but I would not recommend you any plan from hostinger, their support is so bad. Everytime you have some issues, they will ask you to hire a developer.
