I use the Hoff Sauce at least 3 or 4 times a day. It's such a perfect hot sauce. I like to put the Smokin Ghost in my mac and cheese. Also it's good in mashed potatoes. I'm currently trying to get my hands on a bottle of the Southern Stinger. This is by far my favorite brand of hot sauce.
