  • By 1982, the Cosmic Synth Babes were at the peak of their creativity. They were combining their unique Berlin School of Electronic Music with elements of Progressive Rock. Moreover, they were using high-end analog synthesizers alongside the emerging digital sound creation synths and keyboards.
Due to their massive success all over the globe, they were granted the privilege to perform and record their music at the international space and moon stations.
Here is some background information about the electronic music band “Cosmic Synth Babes”:
The Cosmic Synth Babes got together in 1970 and started experimenting with organs and tape echoes, creating their first ambient space music soundscapes.
Their first album was such a huge success that they were able to purchase a massive Moog Modular Synthesizer. They retreated into the studio and started experimenting with sequencer patterns, dense Mellotron, and string synth chord progressions, which resulted in another huge album success.
That was followed by several concert tours which brought massive Moog and ARP modular synth systems to the stage. The audience had never seen or heard anything even remotely comparable before. Success and money flowed in, which allowed the group to purchase even more sophisticated equipment.
By 1979, they had acquired a huge array of new polyphonic synthesizers and sequencers, which pushed their sound into new musical territories.
