    Great video! I love the sound of doors closing on the older trains. The huge ads on the curved walls remind me of the London Underground's tube stations.

    • @Luftschlange
      @Luftschlange  9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I don't know. Maybe because of the curved shape of the tunnel ceiling they are not necessary.

      Pas la peine qu'ils roulent vite, les stations sont assez proches l'une de l'autre, le freinage serait trop fort. Par contre, les métros qui desservent les banlieues roulent jusqu'à 140 km/h.

    To me it looks like they need to spend more money one making their trains longer, too many people! Metro's like these are nicer to look at then to be on.

      +Martijn van Gerwen Here in London, the S7 Stock trains run on lines in stations that are too short to accommodate 7 cars, for that they adopted the DLR solution and required passengers to move along the train to exit

    • @RS-gi9hu
      @RS-gi9hu 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      TheRenaissanceman65 not frequent enough though. I used the 9 and 7 lines. Only came by once every 5 minutes. Having said that the 9 line trains are new. Also the stations in the centre of paris are rather confusing and smell really bad. And trying to exit the station can be difficult too because if the metal doors they have at the exits in the centre of paris. The signage isn't thst good either. Having said that the metro does serve the whole city of paris and is very extensive. But its not disabled friendly.

      Il passe un train toutes les trois minutes, aux heures de pointe c'est un train toutes les deux minutes, aucun métro au monde n'a une telle cadence de desserte, inutile de dépenser plus d'argent.
