I wonder why Ryan was not using chun legs assist throughout his evo run. Legs give you 1-2 mixups on lockdown, can be used for soul drain extensions, and is good in general to throw out there. But alas, he’s one of the goats, he knows something I don’t haha

did ryan participate in any tourney besides evo this year? felt like he disappeared from the scene since he won evo2017 then just showed up for the next evo lol
@@tehmaimed He didn't play much but still won Twitch Rivals which had Ray Ray, Cloud, Clockwork, Full Schedule, etc. In 2021 he played Jibrill twice and beat him twice. One was a FT20 but can't find the video. The second is still on FChamp's YT: th-cam.com/video/no-xMAoWWNg/w-d-xo.html
I think Dante/Strider together in the back just leads to incomplete team building. Both of them really can't anchor without x-factor, and in Striders case a bunch of meter as well. So that automatically means any points who are meter hungry and/or want to use x-factor (Which in this case Viper is both) becomes clearly worse for the characters in the back, not to mention it's doubling up on vertical control assists, when having horizontal control is almost an essential for every good point character.
