yes mil jayega as you know may be dependent are not allowed from jan intake so email university directly about the procedure and dont worry mere bhot sare friends hai joh last year apne spouse ko leke aaye the and mostly sab ke patners within 1-2 month aa gaye the and this rule will not impact september intake students. hope this help. You can only wait as it is on university. You should mail them again and also mention about your query and concerns. Also university have different department to deal with things. Make sure to mail the concern department.
