One Hour Solfeggio Frequencies For Vagal Nerve Stimulation | 30Hz, 160Hz, and 120Hz

  • Sounds and vibrations affect our bodies and minds as they flow through us. The specific frequencies of sounds help aid in healing. There have been many studies that show how these different frequencies affect the body, and this method goes back to the time of the ancients. In current times these healing frequencies can be achieved through listening to recordings of different frequencies, like in this meditation.
    Solfeggio frequencies are made popular by Dr. Joseph Puleo, a neuropathic physician and one of the US’ leading herbalists who began to research the Solfeggio frequencies in the mid-1970s.
    Lower frequencies between 10-30Hz are some of the Solfeggio frequencies, a series of tones used in sacred music that is believed to have different positive effects on human health. These specific frequencies have evidence of vagus nerve stimulation.
    From the National Library of Medicine "Vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) is used as adjunctive therapy for drug-resistant epilepsy and results in a 50% seizure reduction in up to 50% of treated patients. The VNS frequency used in the clinic today is in the range of 10-30 Hz. The evidence for choosing the stimulation frequency is limited, and little knowledge is available on the effect of other VNS frequencies. Deep brain, trigeminal nerve, or spinal cord stimulation studies have suggested the use of stimulation frequencies above 80 Hz for seizure control. Therefore, our objective for the present study was to investigate if VNS using frequencies higher than those currently used in the clinic could be more effective in attenuating seizures. Spike-and-wave (SW) discharges were induced in 11 rats, which then were subjected to VNS sessions applied at the frequencies of 10, 30, 80, 130, and 180 Hz combined with control intervals without stimulation. The anticonvulsive effect of VNS was evaluated by comparing the normalized mean power (nMP) and frequency (nMSF) of the SW discharges derived from intracortical recordings collected during the stimulation and control intervals. Compared with the control intervals, all the tested VNS frequencies significantly reduced the nMP (in the range of 9-21%). However, we found that 130 and 180 Hz VNS induced a 50% larger attenuation of seizures than that achieved by 30 Hz VNS. In addition, we found that 80, 130, and 180 Hz VNS induced a significant reduction of the nMSF, that is by 5, 7, and 8%, respectively. These results suggest that a VNS stimulation frequency in the range of 130-180 Hz may be more effective in inhibiting seizures than the 30 Hz VNS applied in the clinic today."

      I’m sorry your gut is misaligned right now. This can absolutely help, but I would also reach out to a good doctor knowledgeable in rebuilding the gut as well. Thanks for reaching out.

      Hi Melody. Of course. I am linking a great article below that goes further into how Solfeggio and frequencies work. I hope this helps.

    What if I feel sick and like crying with this? What does it mean?

    • @annierosenberg
      @annierosenberg  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi Monica, often when we are still resting and tuning inward, emotions can uproot. This is perfectly normal. With feeling sick, please make sure to bring this up with your doctor at your next office visit. In these moments of stillness, we can notice things our body is trying to tell us. I would discontinue use for now as well until you are more aware of what is causing this.

      Hi Pastor. This is a Vagal frequency, but I have a bunch of other Vagal work meditations in a playlist of a workshop I did linked below that would be even more beneficial.

    Hi Annie, I'm a little confused and very interested to learn more about using frequencies for health and healing. I thought there were 9 solfeggio frequencies for healing that range from 174hz to 963hz. Thanks in advance for clarifying!

    • @annierosenberg
      @annierosenberg  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’m sure there are many, this is just one persons theory. Truly all music is a frequency and I’m sure offers health benefits.

    I'm 4 months pregnant and suffer from heart palpitations (due to hiatal hernia, hormones and I guess due to other pregnancy related changes in my body). Is it safe to me to meditate to this sounds? 💞

    • @annierosenberg
      @annierosenberg  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Great question. Super responsible of you. Kenseth, my music creator, and I make these super subtle, but, always speak with your midwife or doctor to be safe. Below is an excellent resource for you to read and if you have any other questions, please email me at hello@annierosenberg.com. I’m sorry you’re having so many complications with your health.

    Super relaxing for my meditations, however the theory of "solfeggio" is based on rhythm mathematics which has no correlation to how our bodies work

    • @annierosenberg
      @annierosenberg  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      It’s super interesting, right? I’m super open minded and learned a lot while creating these. I know frequencies helped me a lot in my own healing journey so I just honored that and let go of the science behind it. But I totally hear you as well. Thanks for reaching out.

      Did you know acting superior, and like a " know it all" is a trauma response? I say that with love, because I am you. I can tell you are super intelligent, as I am, and often that gets in the way of our healing....dude....and I'm reminding myself here as well, because I literally taught myself neuroscience in 2 years to heal my trauma, dude, we don't have to always know how shit works. Relax and let it heal you...and what you did there is annoying, nitpicking at an obviously knowledgeable and good spirited creator who is sharing resources.. I know, you weren't rude, but I felt the undercurrent...much love and support to you on your journey, I only speak because you remind me of myself, and some of my barriers to healing. 😊
