Likely not, this is very hard to actually replicate as I am lightning based which can only be done through crucible shield and then eternity shroud. Better to build of cold and then use heatshiver and skip eternity shroud all together and go champion or slayer. Trickster could be an option too. This is just a meme ish, would not recommend trying to replicate
It's decent but not insane due to how Emperor's Vigilance works. Got maxblock(attack+spell), Spell suppress and about 75k armour. Also running sand stance. Got fortify on hit but only works with Smite and rarely use that, so wouldnt count with it I guess. Could use shield crush instead for perm fortify, more dmg but worse clear. But despite the decent defensive layers, being unlucky with block can kill you with many rapid hits going through your ES. Defiance of Destiny might be useful here, but haven't tested it. But pretty much never dies anyways, but it CAN happen to be truthful.
