Pls, I'm having problems trying to smooth out my bridge and learn mix perfectly How can I do this and another thing, does weather and environment affect my voice? cos some days I'd wake up sounding good and other days I don't.
If could be many reasons and I won't know unless I hear you and see how you practice. The environment could play a factor, medications you're taking, are you singing with correct posture and breathing techniques, do you warm up and cool down every time you sing, there are many reasons why you might feel like one day you sound good and why the next day you don't. I would discuss this with a vocal coach to really get the answers that fit you best because everyone is different and have different bodies, tongue positions, jaw placement, and more.
Hi Tina there was a time I sang when I was about 12 and i sounded good and I got really excited finding out i could sing but when i turned 14 i couldn't anymore I don't know what happened But now I am 19 and i can sing again but it took some time though about 8 months of practice
Hello Dominic! It could be a couple of reasons, I'm not sure what your daily routine is terms of singing is when you were 12-14, but it could've been going through puberty, the voice changes, it's stretching, it's growing, and it's still growing now too as your body grow and change. As long as you keep practicing and keep your vocal cords in good shape, you can sing the songs you want. If you took a break and tried to sing a song all of a sudden then there might have been some difficulty, but it looks like you found the answer to your issue, which is pracitiing for a period of time consistently and it helps!
Hello Tina! I have question for you How come people from different countries(not america or Uk) able to sing in same accent like the US one? Is it something we need to do it consciously or it happens naturally? By the way! You're videos are great!
Hello Anshul! Singing is a universal thing that anyone can do, therefore, singing in different accents and languages is possible as well. I would study the vowel shapes that the US and UK would sound like. For some people it happens naturally by listening to music a lot, but for me I had an Vietmanese accent for a long time and so I had to train myself to speak more "American" over time and eventually it transfers to my singing. Do you want to sound country in the US? Or Classical in the US? Or Pop in the US? Musical Theatre in the US? Even in the US there are different accents to try out. So, I would say study the vowels and how words are articulated in songs and try to emulate that in your singing. I would print out lyrics and look at the words and change some of vowels to not only help me reach certain notes easily, but if I wanted to sound a certain way I change my mouth shape and pay attention to tongue placement as well.
the Lord Jesus bless you so much for teaching us greate thing 🙏👍❤️🇹🇹
Tnx for the breathing tip also
Love your voice ❤
