- Welcome back to my channel! In this video, I’m excited to share some of my mom’s best lunch and dinner recipes. These dishes are not only delicious but also easy to make, perfect for busy days. Whether you’re cooking for your family or just for yourself, you’ll find something here to love.
Thenga aracha Fish Curry
For coconut paste:
1/3 cup Coconut
3 Shallots
1/4 tsp Fennel seeds
2 tbsp Coconut milk powder (optional)
Water
For gravy:
Coconut oil
1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
6 Shallots
2 tsp Crushed ginger garlic
3 tsp Red chilli powder (Kashmiri)
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1 medium sized Tomatoes
3-4 slices Green mangoes
Salt
500 grams Fish
Curry leaves
2 slit Green chillies (not very spicy type)
Prawn Chammanthi
Coconut oil
8 Shallots
6 Garlic
4-5 Dried red chillies
Curry leaves
250 grams Prawns
1/2 cup Coconut
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
Salt
Palak varavu
Coconut oil

Kurkure Bhindi
Ladies finger
Lemon juice
Red chili powder
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder
Garam masala powder
Cumin powder
Salt
Rice flour
Gram flour
Vegetable Curry
Ghee
2 Cardamom
2 Cloves
1 small Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Dried kasuri methi
1 big Onions
1 big Tomatoes
5 Cashewnuts
Butter
2 Green chillies
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp Kqshmiri Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 cup vegetables
Salt
1/4-1/2 tsp Sugar
Capsicum
Coriander leaves
1/2 cup Cream

Njan magic bullet aann use cheynnath. Mainly puree aakaan use cheyum. Kerala cooking nn usual blender use cheyyalu.
