Dont work as Im asked to enter 2 way auth code to remove 2 way auth - dead circle. No odder option like e-mail or sms. Also non existing FB support sending only answers "sorry we cant help you."
Yeah, I am in the same spot as you. 6 months without being able to log into my account. It's quite horrible
I dont have the turn off option either :((
For me only one option is showing enter your 2FA code to disable.... Not able to Disable by Password but no such option... Please help me

Indeed, FB seems to have thwarted this "fix". Can only turn ON 2-factor now; cannot turn it OFF.

It's so frustrating I'm being able to do all steps , but the last one when I should be able to chose either call or text message to receive the code , the only option I get is the google voice number I'm trying to delete cause I not longer have access to it.
I get all the way to the part where there should be a "Turn off" button or toggle, but it's not there....???

It works but then it just asks you again for a 2 factor auth. And I cant even use the authentificator, I have to choose the sms or some usb key like Im Julian Asange....
Its so frustrating cuz everytime i click the text message it prompt up the advanced protection there is no turn off option. I hate it here!!!

i cain't get to settings because it goes straight to authentification page.
