I ain’t never had swingin beef before but it looks great and I’m sure with a little avocado ranch it would be even better!! How long have these folks worked and owned that ranch? Thanks for sharing another great video and opening the eyes of people who may not had the opportunities to see first hand how it works. I will be sharing this one to my fb page for sure! #Cowboys #Cowgirls #FloridaCrackers #Okeechobee #Florida #RockyMountianOysters #CatchCleanAndCook #BlueGabe #DustyNuts #SwinginBeef #CowboyCaviar

Always do bro! We got you!
Wonderful to watch him, Who respect food and most of all, I am always like when he pray and thank the lord for everything he cooked
Thank's for the cowboy way and giving thanks!!🤗🙏💓🎄
Love Blue Gabe! Good variety of content. Fishing, hunting and Rocky mountain oysters 👊
We use a calf table, easier to inoculate and castrate. We used to heel em but I’m too old to wrestle em these days. Great video.
Kenneth Bailey the table is for the cowboy with a packhorse
Great video brother very educational. I noticed somehow you seem to be able to stay clean in this one. I’ve had Rocky Mountain Oysters one time we did them like gizzards parboiled on for a second to get the chew off them. Once again great video looking forward to the next adventure.
I stayed behind the camera because I’m the one who edited it and needed to be able to clearly tell the story the best I could.
Thanks for watching
What a great video with the cattle.....so great to see them taken care of so well.....oh no Rocky Mountain oysters....
Blue Gabe! Killing it again brother! Love the messaging here... Work hard and reap the rewards! That can cooker hat is sweet!
Nice work!I branded 59 calfs today on the ranch!
They call them "calf fries" in Texas... at least in Amarillo. I got tricked into eating them, I haven't regretted it. Calf fries are delicious! One day, I would love to come down to Florida and hang out with you and those cowboys. I didn't realize Florida was still as country as it is. Keep up the awesome videos!
These are good in tacos!
#1 way we eat them in Mexico.
Wait, we eat everything in tacos lol
I worked for a Billings Montana hotel (Sheraton) in the 1970's. Rocky Mountain fry's were on the menu in the main Restaurant. Glad to see your catching on.
You are literally LIVING MY DREAM LIFE 😍😭 living free and in the wild
Your children are wonderful, and being raised right. Hard work ,fresh air and good food. Great life you have. This coming from a shut-in who is no longer a part of the living world. Oh, and just a burger for me, thanks :)
I’ve always wanted to try “Rocky Mountain Oysters”, heard they’re actually pretty good. If your open minded to what you eat Blue Gabe, you should try Goat head, sounds gross to most but it’s actually pretty damn good !
Stevie Aguilar that’s not Rocky Mountain oyseters those are ballz
@@Razos_Detailing what are rocky mountain oysters then?

Hector Razo What do you think Rocky Mountain Oysters are? They are bull testicles...
