Download Buildings Polygons for ArcGis and Open street map OSM data for armap i.e Lahore Pakistan RS

Hi, what do you do when the the files are too big to be uploaded to google EE. for example or Colombia the shape file for admin boundary is ok but for the buildings it does not work
