EXCELLENT INFORMATION.
Very good Presentation.
Thanks A LOT.
Perfect thank you
So nice
Thank you so much
Very good
Thank you bro
👍👍
How many turns of insulator tape after the primary windings?
if I don't connect feedback ,what will be the duty cicyle?
Is this AI generated . Something doesn’t seem right.
Can i replace 12 volt zener with 15 volt, to get 15 volt output ?
Of course bro
That’s what I need. simple and working great with protection.
So thanks 🙏
Thank you so much
@@LongTechnical How to determind reactance for drum inductor coil? How to calculate milli henry for any AC section circuit
Bro make a 50volt 20amp power supply. With feedback
OK bro
Ko có bản tiếng việt ah bác
How to make 50v 10 amp flyback power supply 220v to 50 use this mathood possible ?
Same method is OK bro. But using UC3843,3844,3845 with mosfet. Not this IC
thanks a lot!!
Получилось классно
There is my like, tanks bro.
Thank you so much
Hi sir, can you explain why some smps use inductor filter at the output while other not?
What about isolation of 2 grounds? I see an optocoupler for feedback volts regulator.
Hi, great work, is it possible to increase the current to 5 amps? -new susbcriber
can you share the Gerber files for this project for JLC PCB
I remember i shared it. please check link in description
@@LongTechnical Thanks 😁
is there a 110V version most power in us 110 volt
This supply work from 80 volt to 220 volt grid lines.
Both combination is available inside the supply.
Why do you need a air gap in the core?
Because it is a flyback converter. You can search it detail on internet
Because the gap reduces the magnetizing inductance where the energy is stored. If the gap is zero there would larger reluctance and no energy is stored. You need the gap since this is a coupled inductor not a transformer.
Can you also use this design for DC to DC smps by removing the diode rectify?
Insulator tape was wrapped how many times ? 15v 3A can I get it?
8 layer or more bro. No bro. Max 1,5A at 15V. I will design new circuit for 5A or 10A next video
THE MAN THE MAN WELDON
That will be great
Creative video, thanks for sharing, like it :)
Do you have any transformer source for a 18v drill
Thank you sir and nice job❤️
Thank you bro
Thanks for sharing
Thank you bro
very nice project thank you
Thank you bro
Splendid
Hi, I didn't find the Relay charging circuit that is showed in the schematic. Thanks
Relay ? Don't have any relay in this circuit bro
Berapa Amper ini bro..?
Thanks for sharing.
Good Job, What are the characteristics of the output inductor?
In a flyback you may not need an inductor in the output since the transformer works as an inductor. This does not apply to push-pulls and forward converters of course. I've seen expensive industrial equipment without an inductor in it's flyback PS. But you can download software from the manufacturer of the IC which I think will tell you this depending on your output parameters
Can you design for dual Outputs 12v 2A and isolated 18v 1A Smps?
The power of this circuit max 20W bro. With your request, we need another circuit
@@LongTechnical okay i am waiting for that. Also why your winding direction is anti-clockwise?
@@LongTechnical better if is a DC- DC flyback converter input min 12v to 55max . Output 13v non-isolated and 21v isolated outputs
It't OK bro
Hi. Very nice brother
Thank brother
If we use 5volt zener diode, does it still work? And how about the power? How much watt?
