@@TradProductions I'm no follower of his ideology, but he said in an interview (as an old man) once due to the framing of the labour party (who was butthurt ever since he left it, due to them being scared of his radical reforms) as well as the press Jewish people thought, that he was anti-semitic, which he wasn't until the late 30s. In fact anti-semitism was banned in the BUF, until the late 30s. So as a reaction, Jewish people as well as Marxist socialists attacked BUF members and anyone at their meetings with clubs and other weapons. That's why the Blackshirts were introduced in the first place: As a security regiment. And while not all of them were, the police and the press seemed slightly biased in favor of the enemies of fascism.
