You put so much work and time into each character you make and it's honestly mindblowing at times. I'm not just saying it because "oh it's a character I can use yay" either. Even though I never completed it, for about 5 months I tried to create my own mugen character, and much more work actually goes into the process than you'd think, and I have nothing but praise and respect for you. Creating a simple character is hard enough, but you take it to the absolute extreme and take it to new heights with each character. I even have my own personal mini mugen file with only the characters you've made because it's just a different experience with each one. Good job. I can't wait to try him out when I get the chance.

The natural flow of all the movements feels like a PS4 Ultimate Ninja but it's still mugen. You just get better and better with each release. I was not expecting the change after armor break. nor the toad summon.

I play MUGEN since I was a child from the beginning and always liked anime, was here playing with his char and was remembering when there was not even a char of minato, it was worth waiting for this work of art just can not stop choosing it, it is incredible on its whole, thank you very much for this Christmas gift
Congrats on releasing Minato since his announcement and thank you for this wonderful char. As I've said before I like how the moves reference the anime nicely as well as the ultimate referencing storm 4. Also I must say I've always wanted to see Gamabunta as a full on summon and you captured him so well, all of his attacks are stuff I'd expect Gamabunta to do in this setting so I really like how he's portrayed. I also like how you decided to do the move Minato used to take Obito down, by making time slow down. So far I really enjoyed playing with the character but came across one problem, after marking the enemy with hiraishin and you do the command again there's a certain point close to the wall where instead of teleporting facing forward infront of them due to the enemy being close to the wall Minato instead teleports facing the opposite way as if he can teleport behind them and so the attack misses so I think the "frontedgebodydist" value needs to be tweaked (assuming that's what you used). All and all this character is really great just like your other recent creations so I look forward to what you create in the future.
I think you mentioned the problem with the hiraishin chase. Miss attack? I don't understand the details. I've tested it several times and haven't caught any issues with such hylysine technology, so I'll test it several times when I get the time.
I already knew from way back how underrated you were.. And your char development just keep getting better & better. It's a shame you're doing only Naruto chars because the potential you hold is marvelous but that doesn't mean I don't appreciate your work. You're slowly but surely getting the recognition you deserve, keep being awesome brother 🤜🤛

The time and effort it takes to get the results it deserves. An advice, maybe you should upload your character on file hosting like Mega or Google drive. You can put it all on one folder so you don't need to be confused for update old characters in future

For some reason Minato's 3rd combo (0:23) is not working. I don't know if it is a glitch or if I'm just doing something wrong. Can anyone please help me?
You know what i love in your characters? You have the right development route for them, you create them fitting a fighting game environment which majority doesnt, they think spamming attacks in endless and unbalanced ways, charge pwoer and isntantly use specials are teh right way to do. You took care of creating a sprite to FIT A FIGHTING GAME ENVIRONMENT. I jsut wished many to learn the right ways of coding a character for a real fighting game and do take note such development isnt supposed to take less than a month. Well done my friend. You just need to be a bit more careful of Character's Size, they are already breaking the 4GB ram limit mugen uses thorugh patch. A better optimization would be cool. I have like a character thats 14mb in rar and he does have almost 1400 sprites, over 600 animations and over 40k lines of codes.
In the course of bug testing or AI testing, when fighting multiple characters, sometimes in the process, you encounter characters with ridiculous performance that make the test meaningless. When the character I'm playing doesn't come down from the air with a spam attack and half of its hp is gone, I have an unpleasant experience of finally pressing esc, so I sometimes want to fix everything, or ask the character creator "you can win by playing this yourself?" haha.. Anyway, what I want is to create a character that can be fun to play, and I think that a character that uses 1 second of invincibility is more attractive and fun when it is used successfully than a character with 10 seconds of invincibility. But, on the one hand, it was one of the skein that remained in my mind. as to whether other people will like this.. and sometimes I've seen opinions about poor AI and absurdly weak Hearing other people's reactions and your words, it feels like the skein has loosened a bit. And, i am aware of the character size problem and we know we can reduce it a lot in sound, but it is not easy to compromise yet. I've tested it, but the feeling I want is dead. Thank you for taking the time to write a long comment. It's never easy. it's was nice to meet someone else who can sympathize with the inward trouble I have on my mind.
@@om_Hy Those people that says your chaarcter have poor AI or being absurdly weak are people that watches AI vs AI battles because they cant play manually. In a developer's point of view, you should never consider your character's balance based on AI vs AI fights. People dont play manually because they know they cant win, they dont have the reflexes to tap simultaneous different combinations and feels harsly pressured by nonsense dumb and spammy AIs. Those kind of people are an insult to game developers and logic programming. You shouldnt consider their feedback because theres no valid reason behind for a Fighting Game Enviroment in their words. For your AI vs AI testings, consider downloading characters from other communities that truly cares for the engine's way of doings, even if they have taller sprites you will feel a better outcome when playing AI vs AI for trial and error procedures. Its been a long time i dont have any kind of dumb character like those of majority of JUS community because theyre unplayable and comes from people that does not know how to develop fighting game content and even themselves wouldnt play a fighting game from another plataform that would end as absurdly overpowered which happens on mugen.

Sorry, but.. some idiots messed up the character by tweaking the size. They secondary sharing it, claiming it was a jus. This is a measure to prevent that. I hope you just enjoy it as it is.

An afterimage effect was added as an afterimage code, and a separate vfx was also added.
