I’m two + years in Sandbrock Ranch. Moved from north New Jersey. Definitely a cultural change & I love it! One note - There are NO RENTALS allowed in Sandbrock - This is a huge plus, you can immediately see the difference in pride of ownership between communities that allow rentals and those that do not. The only negative is the traffic + Hopefully that will improve 🤠

I moved to Sandbrock Ranch a few months ago and absolutely love it here!! Country to the north and city to the south. I moved from Southern CA to DFW just like you did, AJ, and for a lot of the same reasons (loved your "Worth the Move?" video BTW). Thanks for another great video!
