He teased me because my mailbox was really crooked. And I said it's probably because I put it up myself. That cracked him up. So he has never actually flirted on purpose or said he likes me or anything. But you can just tell with some people. That's actually what I adore about him. He wears his heart on his sleeve. Don't worry ladies, I'm not a homewrecker so just chill. Long story short, when he realized that I was my same old friendly self whether he was hot or cold he started just being himself. Cracking jokes, teasing, smiling, etc. One time another male worker was helping me and I think he thought we were being too friendly because he came out from the back and just stood next to the guy looking pissed. It was kind of hot , actually. But scary because he is married and I'm not his to claim or defend. Then this summer I was back home so I had my mail deliver again. I only had to go back in September to buy some stamps and he was there but someone else was helping me. Then I just went in last week to hand him my change of address because I moved to the next town over. The first thing that he said was "No, nope you're not leaving. That's just not happening" And I don't think he had his filter on when he said it because he stepped off to the side and was messing around with something like he just couldn't handle his embarrassment. He chilled pretty fast and played it cool. But when I handed him the form, the look in his eyes melted and broke my heart at the same time. He had so much love, adoration, but also sadness in his eyes and he was looking so deeply into my eyes. I actually cried when I left because it was a really raw emotional experience. I feel terrible for his wife and I hope they can either work it out or have the courage to want better for each other and break it off. Anyways, the point is he got so use to seeing me on a set schedule and all of a sudden I'm gone forever just like that and I witnessed this man being crushed over that and tell me that I can't go. And we barely know each other. I'd say that's addiction. Pray for his family to find happiness, love and peace. And me to find another man who looks at me the way he does... Sorry this was so long. I'm gonna share something that I normally don't share but I think it's important. There are manipulative guys out there, they're just really good at hiding. I was in a relationship with a guy earlier this year who was treating me really well the first two weeks, but then something snapped and he started mentally abusing me. He would push me so far down on the ground until I realised that I was a piece of shit, but then he would make a 180 degree turn and make me feel good again. This happened on a daily basis for me. But some days he was treating me really good, no mental abuse whatsoever and then the next day, he would go back to treating me like shit. He was playing mind games with me, it was so obvious to everyone outside our relationship but I didn't realise it because I loved him and I wanted him to love me back. But he never loved me, I was just a toy. It took me one month to get out of this relationship, and he harassed me for weeks after I ended it. So please, girls (and guys), if you see any of these behaviors that I just posted, get away from this person as soon as possible. I got out a little too late and I was mentally destroyed because of him.

So just wanna say with the compliments, you're so right, my boyfriend isn't exactly the open type so compliments are pretty rare from him, but when he does actually decide to voice one, I'm on cloud nine for literally at least an hour afterwards, because I know he felt it enough it was worth saying, it's always genuine from him and that's what makes them so special
So for me as a person whos in a relationship i want to give you the following advice:
- being mysterious: this point can be fun in terms of having a suprise for a person but not telling them what it is until you see them for the next time- but not not answering. You should always have the mysterious thing to be something positive. If I am truly interested in someone it rather turns me of when he is playing the "mysterious guy" and hard to get. If you want an honest relationship, you should meet your own expactations of being genuien and true.
- not laughing: as simple as it sounds- if i like someone and he doesn't likes my jokes i'll probably think he doesn't likes me at all and the chances i speak to him or ask for a date sink a huge amount. If you like someone you should show it.
-when it comes to the testing, i am on your side. But while texting someone make sure you truly get to know them in real life and the texts are only to make you a habit in their life☺️

The only person I've ever loved did this to me. I didn't love him, actually. I was addicted to him. I still am. I write songs about him. I cry because of him. And he's not even here anymore. He's gone. It's been one year now. And boy... I'm still into him. He was always like that. Hot and then super cold. I never knew what to expect. It was uncertain. I got addicted to the pain he caused on me. I go addicted to the medicine he would give me to numb the pain right before hurting me and making me bleed again. It's toxic. And it's really powerful. Don't do this to people, it hurts more than any song of mine could ever express.

I'm gonna share something that I normally don't share but I think it's important. There are manipulative guys out there, they're just really good at hiding. I was in a relationship with a guy earlier this year who was treating me really well the first two weeks, but then something snapped and he started mentally abusing me. He would push me so far down on the ground until I realised that I was a piece of shit, but then he would make a 180 degree turn and make me feel good again. This happened on a daily basis for me. But some days he was treating me really good, no mental abuse whatsoever and then the next day, he would go back to treating me like shit. He was playing mind games with me, it was so obvious to everyone outside our relationship but I didn't realise it because I loved him and I wanted him to love me back. But he never loved me, I was just a toy.
It took me one month to get out of this relationship, and he harassed me for weeks after I ended it. So please, girls (and guys), if you see any of these behaviors that I just posted, get away from this person as soon as possible. I got out a little too late and I was mentally destroyed because of him.

Ok I literally went through what you were talking about in the beginning of the video (the being addicted to approval part) and it makes so much more sense to me now on why it took me so long to break up with my now ex boyfriend.
