Great content, loved the alligator analogy for BJJ ❤

I would agree that Muay Thai and Boxing are definitely good options for self defense. The Approach is a good self defense system for someone needing something that is both easy to learn and reasonably effective.
The Approach is based on natural body movement, can be learned in about four days, teaches how to hit hard and fast, and focuses on first strike capability.
After learning The Approach one can learn additional martial arts. I personally chose to learn some Muay Thai and Boxing. I probably should have, in hindsight, chosen to learn a ground fighting style after learning a stand up up striking style like The Approach.
Great video. I look forward to more of your videos in the future.

I've heard most Krav Maga schools are crap and the actual curriculum depends on the individual instructor. There is no set program like most other styles.

Krav maga student here, there is a curriculum/program that schools should use, ableit it's nowhere near as crystal clear as other martial arts, and instructors do go through intense training, the problem is it's not legally required, so any fool can open a krav school, what one should look for is krav maga global certified schools and then be very critical of everything they teach and pressure test, but there's actually a real krav maga program, it's just up to the school to actually follow it, which many don't

You would break your hand in martial arts using gloves. Because in a real fight you can`t punch bare knuckle

Sure you can. You just have to know what you're doing.

Why doesn't anyone talk about BJJ on a drunk person who doesn't feel pain the same way? Different animal.

Even a drunk won't fight well with broken limbs.
