I am regular viewer of your blogs. 2day you are high lighting issue of Bahira and DHA who are big land grabber in Sindh and rightly comparing situation showing walls built by both land grabbers Malik Riaz of Bahria same atrocities are being committed by Israeli's in Gaza. DHA has captured more land from the Sindh government without payment in the name of Pasban-e-Waten. With planning Coastal Zone is under control of law enforcement agencies from DHA 8 to Rathore. Only Bahria, DHA is not involved in wrong doings (Land Grabbing) but other real state owners with the help of Sindh Government have captured land of villagers but few years again another Law enforcing Forces in the name of Air Force Faizeia scheme, Commando city, Wonder world city have given land of indigenous people dislocating their houses. PPP is responsible but in reality Zardari knows if he will not allow land grabbers, Establishment snatch Sindh Government and MQM and GDA will be given power. Do you remember when Zardari refused to allot land to DHA near Kathore in Malir District he was told if you will not allocate land for our Generals your government will be toppled down. Indigenous People are being dislocated by establishment with planning to construct mega project to settle down Punjabi's and Pushtoon to change the demography and bring Sindhi's in minorities. Same planning has been adopted to purchase land from villagers but if they not agreed they will be dislocated as Jews grabbed land in Palestine. Although we are same religion but more or less treatment is same. Go to Social Medeia and see videos how retired Major Aamir is openly threatening villagers with the help of Sindh Police that if you will not sale out your lands your houses will be demolished. I saw same digger machines same brutality only difference is locations. Jews have backing of America Malik Riaz of Bahria has backing of retired Journals and Judges. Hidden agenda is same to capture valuable land. I hope you will compare this highhandedness in your coming V-Blog

You say that Malik Riaz is forcibly acquiring land. This is public land or, private property of people living here for decades.. This area is basically an agricultural area supplying Karachi with fresh vegetables. The sanctity of public and private land is the responsibility of the Sindh Government. That Malik Riaz has continued to gobble private and public land indicates Sindh government's complicity. It is said Zardari has a share in Bharia Town's Karachi project. All it means is that all is not well with the governance of Sindh Province.

Please don't put false allegations on DHA people. In every DHA , there are only one to two serving army officers. Rest of the employees are either civilians or retired army persons. DHA is not Land Grabber. Don't spread hatered against Army under the cover of DHA.

ویسے ایسا قانون مغربی ممالک میں بھی رائج ہے جسے eminent domain کہا جاتا ہے جسکے مطابق کسی کی بھی ذاتی جائیداد معاشرے کی بہتری کے لئے چھینی جاسکتی ہے۔ اسکا عام طور پر بہت کم معاوضہ دیا جاتا ہے۔

پرانے جو گاؤں آباد ہیں۔ یہ مزارعین نے آباد کئے تھے. اور ان کی آبادکاری کی وجہ سے ارد گرد کا رقبہ قابل کاشت بنا۔
ایسے کئی گاؤں پنجاب اور خیبر پختونخواہ میں بھی ہیں جہاں محکمہ مال میں ملکیت مزارعین کو ٹرانسفر نہیں کی گئی نہ ہی ان قدیم بنجر علاقوں کو قابل کاشت بنانے والوں کو ترقی حیثیت زمین کی رقم آج تک ادا کی گئی ہے۔
خیر مجھے ملیر کا نہیں پتا وہاں اصل کاغذی صورتحال کیا ہے۔ لیکن انگریزوں کے دور سے مزارعین کو بیدخل کرنے کے فیصلے کبھی نہیں آئے۔
پنجاب میں یہ اصول طے ہے کہ ہر دس کنال کے پیچھے ایک کنال مزارعہ کی ملکیت سمجھی جاتی ہے کہ وہ سو سال سے زائد اس رقبہ کی ترقی کا سبب بنے ہیں۔
مکمل قانون سازی کر کے مالک مزارعہ کا جھگڑا ختم کرنا چاہئے تھا۔
میں نے چیف افتخار چوہدری صاحب کے وقت ایک پٹیشن بھی کی تھی کہ ایک وقت آئے گا یہ معاملات خون خرابے کی طرف جائیں گے۔
لیکن مجھے کہا گیا کہ سول کورٹ سے رجوع کریں۔
حالانکہ میرا ذاتی ایسا کوئی کیس نہیں۔ یہ میں نے مفاد عامہ کیلئے مستقبل کو بھانپ کے کیا تھا۔
ساتھ ہی یہ بھی بتایا تھا کہ پاکستان کے کئی علاقوں کی پرانی آبادی دیہہ کا ریکارڈ موجود نہیں۔ جو قابض ہو جائے اسی کا قبضہ تسلیم کیا جاتا ہے۔
بدبختی سے پاکستان کے اداروں کے اندر کوئی بندہ یہ درد سر نہیں لیتا کہ مستقبل کو دیکھ کے چیزوں کو سدھارا جائے۔ بلکہ ہر سرکاری افسر بس اسی انتظار میں رہتا ہے کہ کب مہینے کی 31 تاریخ آئے گی اور تنخواہ کا چیک ملے گا۔ اللہ اللہ خیر سلا۔
اس کے بعد میری پاکستان میں دلچسپی ہی کم ہو گئی اور میں نے مستقل طور پہ پاکستان چھوڑنے کا ارادہ کر لیا۔ کہ جب اتنا بڑا ادارہ اتنے گھمبیر مسئلے کی دھمک وقت سے پہلے محسوس نہیں کر سکتا تو اس ملک کا اللہ ہی حافظ۔
ایسی لاہور میں کمرشل کھربوں روپے کی پراپرٹی ہے جو محکمہ مال میں کسی اور کے نام اور قبضہ کسی اور کا ہے۔
یہ ویڈیو اینٹی کراچی ایلیمینٹ کی طرف سے جاری کی گئ ھے۔ یہ لوگ کراچی کی ترقی کے خلاف پروپریگنڈہ میں مصروف نظر آتے ہیں۔ کراچی کے اندر اور اطراف میں جتنے بھی گوٹھ ہیں سب کے سب قبضہ کی زمین پر واقع ہیں۔ پاکستان یا انگریز حکومت کی طرف سے الاٹ کردہ نہیں ہیں۔
ویڈیوز بنانے والوں سے درخواست ھے کہ شہر کی ترقی کے خلاف بولنے سے بہتر ھے کہ اندرون شہر الاٹیڈ زمینوں پر لوگوں کے ناچائز قبضوں کے خلاف زبان کھولیں۔

The crisis of the Bahria town land grabbing in Sindh has also been highlighted at the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva in March 2020.
