oh my gosh! this ticks all the boxes right now!! -spoken and not whispered (not that I dislike whispered asmr, but when it's something that should be close to being realistic, I think, non-whispered is better suited!) -cognitive exam/mini-mental-status whatever you wanna call them! - so underrated -UK accent :)
You might enjoy doing an aphasia/apraxia diagnostic because there are so many targets that have tingly sounds. As someone who runs these regularly (for dementia and aphasia), we do ask about diet and experiences, but another big one is sleep. Lots of retired people have very nonstandard sleep schedules that can impact attention and consolidation. Otherwise this is pretty spot on. As a long time watcher of your channel, this was so fun to see :).

This test is really telling. My memory isn’t so bad I might’ve forgotten some of the stories questions but that’s because I have attention deficit lol they might be correlated.
