It usually starts to cool down, relatively speaking, from next month, which is the beginnings of the rainy season after Songkran. The nights cool down too with lowest temperatures in the teens centigrade, but never or rarely zero except maybe in the mountains.

Whilst I am against fly tipping in general, down here in Ban Chang nobody has been able to tell me of an official 'tip' around here, I have a fair few bits and pieces stacked up with nowhere to go, garden waste however I have zero qualms about dumping as it's bio degradeable.

I believe if you take the #3376 out of Banchang heading towards the Banchang Palace Hotel then 200m further take the 1st left after the Banchang Water Pumping station. Some 400m along that road you can see the refuse disposal trucks parked up. There is a huge pit behind that depot. Try asking in there? Good luck!
