    Amazing. It does so much. I’m going to run a bunch of old projects through it and watch some magic happen.

    Finally had some time to dive into this over the weekend. I quickly found the new EZM3 "Swedish Death Metal Chainsaw" type presets and well, I kept playing and forgot about exploring the product. LOL! Now if I can find a Monolord fuzz, I will never leave the house.

      I will check that soon!

    Ahhhh, I forgot to buy the persale version! I took a little break from this stuff and it slipped my mind. I will pick it up though and I look forward to more videos from you about the product.

    how do you load audio for the AI mastering preset to analyze?

    • @ShootieSchool
      @ShootieSchool  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      you put easy mix on the track in your daw that you want to analyze. Press play in the daw and then hit the analyze button.

    Let's say I'm recording a lead vocal. I record it dry and then add the effects or do I add the effects as I record and then add again? AI is absolutely fascinating and will help us in countless areas. It’ll be safe for a generation or two, and then it will kill us all. AI will eventually become the most terrifying real-life science fiction we can imagine. But it’s fun now, though.
    AI improves every single day. This means that the AI used here will get better and better and toontracks should make that an automatic upgrade to the product we purchase. They will probably sell it as AI upgrade packs though. You really can't blame them.

      Adding the EZMix plugin as an insert in your DAW can be done at any stage. It will not record the processing of EZMix3, but you will hear it while recording.

    How comprehensive is the base content with EZ3? Is it really worth it, or necessary to get to bundle (with 6 expansion packs included, it's only another 300 presets) if you already have a lot of amp sims? It seems like there are a lot of guitar tones in most of the EZ packs. It would be an extra AUD$125 for the expansions...

    • @ShootieSchool
      @ShootieSchool  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Tough to say. I assume/predict that the older Mix Packs from version 1 and 2 will go on sale regularly. So I think you could make up for not getting the bundle over time if you're patient.

    Hey bro, does it work with EM2 and all the expansion packs from EM2?

    • @ShootieSchool
      @ShootieSchool  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      All of the old expansion packs still work in EZmix3.

    Maybe this question is a stupid one but when installed exmix3 i was able to install a stand alone version to wich i did.
    I cant drag and drop a wave or mp3 file in to the field.
    I thought when its a stand alone i can master some songs.
    Is this possible anyway am i missing something?
    Thanks for your vid

      I haven't heard anything about this, nor is it mentioned in the manual. I believe you must use a DAW to pass audio through. Standalone is for a live audio signal.

  • @GoFlyYourselves

    Do you start in a DAW or just use the exmix3 by itself? This doesn't mean much when you don't know where to start.

    • @ShootieSchool
      @ShootieSchool  2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      If I was performing live as one example, and probably the best example, that would be the time to use stand alone, and not a DAW. I think it’s safe to assume it’s primary purpose is to be used in your DAW.

    Frankly, im sorry I got sucked into vs. 3... vs 2 was much simpler to use... that rip off they did on XLN's OX's GUI.. is a pain in the ass... looks ridiculous in my opinion...

      It's just the looks that bother you? There's been a lot of updates from version 2, maybe you'll get into them.
