@Yad Ventures....If you love gardens or botanical gardens, Cebu has lots of them literally speaking! The mountains of Cebu City and nearby Balamban host a number of them all with spectacular setting and scenery. Next time, try to check out Buwakan ni Alejandra (Alejandra's Flower Garden), Lake View Jardin & Restaurant (Lake View Garden & Restaurant), Little Kyoto (a Kyoto-inspired garden cafe), West 35 Adventure Cafe, Florentino's Eco Park, EVO Nature Camp & Botanical Garden, Mountain View Nature's Park, Soul Sierra (meditation & garden cafe), The Mist Mountain Resort @ Fog House, Serenity Farm & Resort, Adlaon Vacation Farm & Resort, and Terrazas de Flores Botanical Garden among others. These attractions are accessible via the same highway that you're driving on.
Try visiting the Taoist Temple and La Vie Parisienne in the nearby Lahug area . If you're looking for a more modern side of Cebu, do visit SM Seaside Mall, Cebu Ocean Park, il Corso, and NuStar resort and casino in South Road Properties (SRP). These places offer a more contemporary experience of Cebu City's ever-changing landscape. The SRP is a more organized and less chaotic part of town, since it's built from scratch on reclaimed land. Lantaw (SRP branch) is an open-air restaurant with one of the best seaside views of Cebu's skyline. CCLEX (locally known as the 3rd bridge) is the longest bridge in the Philippines. It has 8 well-lighted crosses at night, which symbolizes the fusion of tradition and modernity in Cebu.
If you guys have time, Zambales region is very underrated place. It is home of the infamous Mount Pinatubo but it is the most beautiful place to do 4x4 offroading hiking and camping rolled into one activities. Other places have sand dunes to toboggan downhill. It is our mini Australian Outback.
Tops viewpoint is closed for renovation. It will re-open next year yet. Good thing you went to Top of Cebu restaurant beside it as it also has good views of the city.....I just subscribed to your channel 😊
