ISRO had the lead in India's Rocketing capabilities. It shared its wisdom with the Military establishment. I think this has reached a saturation point. The military establishment no longer needs ISRO's help. It is good to have a distinct civilian and military policy. War is imposed Peace is to attained. Here is the usual distinction between Diplomacy and Military.

Maroof sir, we are really praying that you will cover a topic on asymmetric warfare especially the non-kinetic warfare. We cannot always rely on one mode of defense but have all options. The skills of our young technocrats and start-ups must be leveraged in this sphere on cyberwarfare. We rarely see young blood coming on these fora to share their views and skills! Please sir, plan one discussion on this. The country wants to know (at least at a superficial level) what our true capabilities are against adversaries such as China, who seem to be light-years ahead of us in these matters 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I think China follows a vertical integration model with the use of huge financial resources. India I think is following a holistic model adding horizontal thinking to it.
