दिल्ली शराब घोटाला केस में मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ही नहीं, बल्कि अब आम आदमी पार्टी की भी मुसीबत बढ़ सकती है. दिल्ली आबकारी नीति केस में दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट के जजमेंट से आम आदमी पार्टी की मुश्किलें बढ़ती दिख रही हैं, क्योंकि आम आदमी पार्टी को आरोपी बनाने का रास्ता खुल गया है. हाईकोर्ट के फैसले से अब इस बात की आशंका बढ़ गई है कि दिल्ली शराब घोटाला केस में पूरी की पूरी आम आदमी पार्टी ही जांच के दायरे में आ सकती है. दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने अपने जजमेंट में माना है कि आम आदमी पार्टी भी एक कंपनी की तरह ही है.
