4:25 the reason why we can't have nukes in the wizarding world is because of muggles, AKA people with no magic. Purebloods, (people who had magic in their blood for centuries) hate muggles and think they are less then them making it so you would need to kill or obliviate (obliviate is a spell to erase memory) the muggle that saw magic.
In other words, it's illegal in the wizarding world to have muggles in them. The only way a muggle can stay in the wizarding world is if they can do magic or if the ministry of magic did some legal contract with the muggle.
