    There is no substitute for experience, the more you do, success or failure, the more you carry to the next task. This is going better than I bet most believed it would. You are doing well, each step more confident than the last.

    Its awesome too see the amount of confidence i see going into this side as compared to the beginning of the driver's side. And also the fact all the details and procedures you have learned and are sharing that you've learned form the other side! Also noticed your shots and video editing have definitely come a long way too! Yes it is an addiction, one hard to stay away from. There are much worse addictions, that's for sure! Looking good Andrew, and you are moving along quickly again!

      Thanks man. I appreciate it. I’m definitely tackling this side with more enthusiasm than caution. I’m glad you mentioned the filming improvements too. I’ve been making some changes to the way I film and edit. 👍

      @@GreaseRookieyes I noticed also because I'm messing around with videos now too and realize how hard it is to get the right shots with proper audio too. Also how time consuming it is! I have alot of catching up to you in that respect! 😎😁👍

    Love this video! I bought one of those laser levels and I have used it for the rear valance panel. If I need to level my car in the future, I'm going to buy 4-6 cheap scissor jacks and put them under the torque boxes and maybe even the ends of the frame rails. That way, i can fine tune each corner while I level the vehicle with the laser level. The factory Weld/Seal Manual (available from various sources) has been my "bible" when it comes to figuring out how many spot welds to put on each panel and where to apply seam sealer in the future.

    Lots of progress. The pass side steel fits better than the drivers side so it should be much easier because of that and the experience of the drivers side.

    Sadly my sophomore year was just to long ago to remember what it felt like. But I get what you’re saying. Congratulations on your new found confidence and thanks for a great episode.

    Were you able to purchase just an outer passenger side wheel house? I’ve looked on CJ’s site and only found inner and outer combined. I only need to replace part of my outer and wheel house. If you did do you happen to have the part number?

    • @GreaseRookie
      @GreaseRookie  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey Adam. Part # M113R. It’s difficult to find specific parts in their site. I’ve mentioned it to them before. Sometime you have to dig.

      If you haven’t done it already, setting in your new gas tank will also help align the trunk floors and assure a good fit when everything is put back together. I’m currently replacing my entire trunk floor along with the transition pan and taillight panel and surprisingly everything is fitting well
