Honestly it's boring seeing man city win it again ofc i would want Liverpool to win it. Kudos to pep and city for making Liverpool look like underdogs tho lol. Speaks volumes of their premier league newfound Pedigree.
He forgot to mention that he has not won the CL for more than a decade despite spending the world's money for more than a decade. He was brought in to win the CL, so he has failed. City had already won EPLs before his arrival.
Most media & EPL fans hyped up Chelsea for a title race. Now it's Liverpool who have improved in many ways is hyped up for a title race. Reality is, it's all about entertainment/attention/profit for there to be a title race & there are many more Man U fans & Liverpool fans in media.
Why is it a stupid comment? Liverpool are probably seen as the underdogs by most still, mostly because of the money, so most neutrals would probably rather them win. Also City have won it so many times recently so many people would like to see a change. Who cares?
Well...its dumb because Liverpool are arguably the biggest club in England. So while they have many supporters, it means theres really no neutrals when it comes to them, you either love them or you despise them.
@@chattycactus128 Not true, imo. You can say they're on par with United as biggest historically, but the current generation hasn't been massive. I think that it’s not over. As of right now city have a 3 goal advantage in GD and obviously they play tomorrow against wolves. If they lost 2-0 or even 1-0. That could goal difference could easily be surpassed by Liverpool if they win by a few goals against Southampton. Probability is in city’s favor but you never know until it is over in my opinion.
