So if you own you're own home don't you still have to pay taxes oil to heat the house up and all the other bills of the house and home owners insurance amongst other stuff
@@ishayaakov HOI is super cheap - if paid annually even cheaper - no oil in California - we use electricity, solar, heat pumps etc. that's about it. Now if you buy an old home there could be a list of things that need to be fixed! My mortgage is cheaper than the standard rent as we speak. 4 bedroom home for less than rent in a studio apartment 😲
