Am 36yrs married for 5yrs with no child. I did a test 2 different times from different labs & the results were i had obstructive azoospermia. My first doctor gave me drugs to boost my hormones but it didnt work.
My 2nd doctor advised that I undergo a surgery for correction then later on he places me under medication for atleast 1 year.
Honestly I give up
please don't give up, obstructive azoospermia , is not that bad or not difficult to treat like non obstructive azoospermia ( even though non obstruction can be treated) you go for surgery TESA or PESA which retrieve sperm from testis and do IVF cycle which should be ICSI to increase the fertilization rate and success rate , and the successful rate is high like the doctor said .

Hi Dr. Hossam, my husband has taken sperm analysis and this is his result. Liquefication for more than 1 hour, 2.5 pus cell/WBC and HPH, ph 8, volume 5.5ml after 3 months of obstinance, sperm number 33.600 million, sperm count 184, sperm motility 77%, progressive motility 17%, morphology normal. We have been trying to conceive for almost a year but unsuccessful. I have checked myself and everything shows normal. Does this sperm show an issue? Please let me know and thank you.
