This channel helped me a lot, because I always loved the look of old sealed letters and I wanted to learn to recreate it. Now I have seals, sealing wax and good quality paper, I use it quite often for my Dungeons and Dragons campaign. Whenever my players write to someone, they know they will later receive a physical answer, with different inks and letterlocking methods for every person
Working in the mail business for 30 years, the USPS has minimum size requirements on postal mail. If you want to send a wax-sealed letter put inside anothe standard size env with postage.
I have thoroughly enjoyed everything that has been uploaded to this channel. I have even tried some of the letter locks that have been uploaded! Thank you so much for your work, it has brought me a lot of joy.
Aside from learning about something I just discovered today. I also have to say that Ms. Dambrogio has the sweetest voice, and should never, ever, cut her lovely and voluminous hair.💖👍👍😊

I love this video so much! I’ve gotten into letter locking myself recently so it’s wonderful to see. I suppose i’m a bit iffy about the last scene where a traditional locked letter is dropped in a mail slot - I have only put my locked letters with seals into a regular envelope and sent that, because the mail has rules on how small a letter can be, and also about seals that can go on the outside - meaning: it might jam up the sorting machines! (Apparently some sealing wax is better like the flexible, more plastic-y kind, but I’ve tried even that and it didn’t work out very well :/) Maybe you can do it where you are though...
