Could you explain two buttons combination option which need to press at same time I.e
Child lock & another where + icon is showing

Yes
When you press wash time and rinse time button simultaneously for 3 sec. The child lock will activate.
Press again both buttons equally for 3 sec. the child lock will deactivate.
Another + sign button is also missing in manual so Still I am unable to explain but after some time I will tell you definitely.

Sir when I use only spin on normal mode it spin only fr few second then. Again water started coming on tap , then I used rinse an spin mode option ,and used only spin then it works.

In its inlet there is no any pump to suck water from tank.
So you have to connect with running water tap.

जैसा कि आपको वीडियो में दिखाई दे रहा है आप इसके door को हाथ से ओपन कर सकते है, इसके door में कोई hydraulic unit नही लगी है। लेकिन है इसके door में सेंसर लगा है जिस से मशीन के चालू होने पर door open होते ही मशीन बंद हो जाएगी।
