GIZ: Teaming up National Staff and Development Workers in Ghana. 2019

Advisors are posted to various partner organisations in the regions of Ghana to support the program implementation. In some programs like SfDR (Support for Decentralisation Reforms) two advisors are posted together as a tandem composed out of a National Staff Member and a Development Worker. Experience shows that the combination of those two instruments is deepening the implementation and cooperation with our Ghanaian partners. It enhances our capacity, allows for an increased recognition of the program and assures for quicker integration of our staff into the partner organisation and its context.
