That machine would be a lot better if it had a torque convertor with a lower stall speed and an engine that produced max torque at a lower rpm instead of reving its head off all the time.
This boy thinks he is good and he is but wouldn't be able to take 14" of top soil off a field and cut the surface to fine grade level without some problems, so I'd give him 7 out of 10.
He is very rough with the machine banging the rams at the end of their travel and getting material forced into the lower chassis pivot joint bearings. For a man of his age he should be much more refined and smooth doing this kind of work on that spec of machine. The chaps at case should know better.
