Welcome to another installment of Harry Potter Theory. In this video, Star Wars Theory has prepared a fan fiction for you guys- we're going to be exploring what would have happened if Snape Teamed up With Dumbledore on the night of his death.
We know that in the regular timeline, Snape has to kill an already dying Dumbledore to prove his allegiance to the dark forces. It was originally Draco's mission to kill the Hogwarts headmaster, but Snape intervened, knowing that by doing so he would be sparing Draco's soul.
But, what would have happened if Snape, instead of firing avada kedavra at Dumbledore, knocking him off the astronomy tower, turned around and pointed his wand at Bellatrix instead?
What would have happened if Snape and Dumbledore TEAMED UP and took out the Death Eaters?

Snape won't dies as he made unbreakable vow with Narcissa to protect Draco which is true as he would be alive.
I think it would've been harder to find the horcruxes, here's why:
1. Dumbledore probably would've found the locket because he probably would've figured out who RAB was. So they would find that one.
2. The cup was found only because Harry saw Bellatrix's reaction when they were held captive. If Dumbledore was alive, they would not have been captured and held captive.
3. After voldemort found out Harry broke into the bank and took the cup, his angry reaction allowed harry to see in his mind, and harry saw that voldemort was thinking of Hogwarts, where they found the tiara. If Dumbledore wouldn't have known the cup was in the bank and never broke in, harry wouldve never saw voldemort thinking about hogwarts
4. Again, after harry destroyed the tiara, harry got in voldemorts mind as he was terrified, and saw voldemort saying he needs to keep nagini safe.. Not finding any of the previous horcruxes, voldemort would not have been scared, and harry wouldn't have seen in voldy's mind that he needed to protect nagini.
5. Dumbledore wouldve told harry "hey you gotta die sorry" 😄 so they would get that one
Tldr: without Dumbledore, there was a chain of events that allowed harry to find the horcruxes. If Dumbledore was alive, those chain of events wouldn't have happened, and I don't see how they would find all the horcruxes.
Number 2 to 3 I completely agree. The tiara they could possibly have figured out, since they already suspected the missing Horcruxes were objects of Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw and they could eventually have gotten the idea to try track down the diadem and ask the Ravenclaw ghost. Nagini wouldn't have been the big problem in the books, since Dumbledore had already figured out that Voldemorts connection with her was bigger than was explicable merely by Parseltongue and already suspected Nagini to be a Horcrux in book 6. They merely saved her for last since she was almost always hanging around Voldemort and they didn't want to alert Voldemort that they were hunting Horcruxes.
Exactly. I also think Theory overestimate Dumbledore's state (weaken from the caves curses, and the inevitable end from the Ring Curse). Albus was VERY near the end, I think it is stated in the movie "months". When he wore the cursed Ring, it was most likely in the summer and so was his conversation with Snape. It is most likely he would not have made it through June or July of 1997. Dumbledore DID stall some time for the Golden Trio, cause Voldemort stopped wanting to kill Harry being his main goal, which allowed them to be tracked but far less.
Bro they knew Nagini was a Horcrux from day one. Dumbledore told Snape to tell Harry to die when Voldemort got protective of Nagini. Muggle.

And also, Dumbledore would die anyway. Because of the curse on his hand, that Snape said would kill him at the end if the year.
The vow was to protect malphoy and to kill dumbledore if Malphoy failed.
Snape would have died had he not killed dumbledore in that moment.

@Mike John wrong. Snape deeply respected Dumbledore otherwise he would have acted differently. For example, when he gathered all the death eaters out of hogwarts after killing dumbledore, and Snape never fought against any of the hogwarts teachers he only protected himself. Its just as Harry said: Snape was through and through dumbledores man. And Snape was never loyal to Harry. He protected Lily's son, not Harry Potter. A different thing entirely

Snape made The Unbrekable Vow. So he’d die. Also in the books which are canon (and the movies are legends), Bellatrix isn’t there and no one can apparently in and out of Hogwarts. Not even Dumbledore. And Dumbledore doesn’t kill. You can’t make theories on the movies and you have to read the books.
This fan fiction wasn't good let's be real. But I do think Theory read the books. But I was really surprised he oversaw so many important details... Totally unusual from his other videos, which are full of knowledge that I don't even know, or I don't remember.
@jack rogers Well, some movie changes are good! As for me, I would mix both of them! I hate the 4 random Death Eaters. The movie did great including Bellatrix. But the problem, indeed, is that the book should be the reference. I hope the next Fan Fiction will be better, and the best to do would be to take both the movie and the books in consideration, separately of course.
The particular scene is cool but there are many flaws. Draco would be killed by Voldemort for his failure as a punishment to Lucius at the Department of mysteries causing Snape to die from the unbreakable vow. Dumbledore would die from the curse caused by the ring. The Elder wand's loyalty might end up with Voldemort due to him killing Draco causing a bit of confusion in the last scenes. Would Harry die in the forbidden forest now the loyalty belonged to Voldemort or would he survive the final duel in which the fully powered unbeatable wand vs the blood connection cause but Harry's blood in the resurrection potion?

If Snape doesn't kill Dumbledore, that would mean he broke the unbreakable vow he made to Narcissa and so he would die himself at that point.

Firstly, you make it clear at multiple points in this video that you have forgotten that the locket in the cave was a fake. Also the books make it clear that Harry and Dumbledore did not disapparate to or from the tower that night, this was a change they made in the movies to quicken the pace.
Snape made the unbreakable vow with Narcissa, so he definitely would have died if he did not kill Dumbledore or assist Draco in doing so.
Dumbledore injured his hand immediately following the events of order of the Phoenix, and both the books and movies make it clear that he has 1 year to live. The events on the tower happen 1 year later, but you somehow believe that he will make it for several more years after this night and find a cure with Harry?
Also Bellatrix Lestrange was not on the tower that night, the movies have been very vocal about adding her in order to give Helena Bonham Carter more screen time. And finally, it is widely known in the books and movies that Dumbledore does not kill, but this theory video turns him into a death eater killing machine?
It took me along time to come around to watching this channel, but I felt like you were getting better. I have no one to blame but myself, I suppose, for allowing myself to watch this abomination of a theory video.

Snape wouldn't die because he didn't let Draco die. He still protected him by keeping him alive when he could have taken him out.
It's a fan-fiction. That means I twist and stretch things entirely to the point where it is completely different from the films/books. If you can't understand what a fan-fiction is, then I cannot help you.

@@StarWarsTheory I didn't say anything about the Avada Kedavra curse at all bud...? What I am saying is that Dumbledore does not kill if he can avoid it, a point that is clearly driven home in the books and movies. And when Snape made the Unbreakable Vow with Narcissa he agrees that he will complete the task himself, if Draco fails to do so.
Again, he agreed to protect Draco, and kill Dumbledore himself if Draco does not, or cannot, do so. I can site page numbers for reference if you need?
I see now in this comment I am replying to that you are saying that you are doing fan fiction on the films specifically, but you reference the books in this video. I am completely aware of what fan fiction is, and this video really does not qualify, as there is an obvious lack of understanding of the source material of which you are covering.
I also just relized that the vow was for Draco....not Dumbledore, so Snape would live🤦♀️🙃
It took me a while to realize you also do Star Wars theory. I love both channels.
2 things.
1. Snape unbreakable vow would have killed him if he didn't kill Dumbledore after Malphoy made an attempt.
2. If Harry didn't die in the forbidden Forest, then Voldemort couldn't be killed. Because harry was a horcruxe.
As others have mentioned, there was the Unbreakable Vow. I don't recall how death occurs if the vow is broken but considering this particular vow was between Narcissa/Snape and performed by Bellatrix, it sounds pretty dangerous. Of course in the world of fantasy there could be other ways out. Maybe IF Snape killed Bellatrix, the vow would be weakened, etc. Maybe when Voldemort finally went into oblivion, the curse would have been broken and Dumbledore would have lived but he was very old so death would come sooner than later anyway.
Snape had an unbreakable vow. The locket was fake. And snape wouldn’t have to sacrifice himself to save Harry from the killing cursed because Harry needs to sacrifice himself to Voldemort. Harry is a horocrux, as long as he lives so does Voldemort. Lots of things forgotten in this one
This theory is incredibly floored and completely leaves out many factors like Dumbledore was dying Snape would die. Harry doesn’t kill casually. The locket from the cave wasn’t a horcrux. I usually think you guys do a really good job but here you need to work on it a lot more

Only hearing about the scenes where snape and dumbledore fought besides each other and snape sacrificed himself for harry by taking the killing curse gave me goosebumps

It would have been catastrophic and might have even changed Voldemort's fortunes in the Final battle. Even if Snape doesn't die from the Unbreakable vow (and rereading the wording in the book I'm pretty sure he would die) Dumbledore would die very soon because of the contained curse in his hand, likely within days after being further weakened by that potion, but now Snape would no longer be in Voldemort's good books and after Dumbledore's death would not be installed as the new headmaster by the Voldemort controlled Ministry. This was very important to Dumbledore in the book, he outright says "I am counting on you to remain in Voldemort's good books as long as possible, or Hogwarts will be left to the mercy of the Carrows." Snape wasn't just protecting Draco, he was protecting all of the Hogwarts students by ensuring that he would be made headmaster. With Snape not overseeing the Carrows they very well might kill some students, Neville and former DA members being particularly likely candidates to be snuffed which is why the consequences could be catastrophic. With Neville, Luna, and Ginny likely dead by Christmas Harry likely never even makes it in to Hogwarts to destroy the last Horcrux. Dumbledore knew what he was doing by insisting that Snape had to kill him

I have an issue with how your theory ends. Voldemort would most likely not have the Elder Wand if Dumbledore lived because while its allegiance would belong to Draco, it might go back to Dumbledore if he subdued the boy in some way. Then we would not have the exact same finale between Harry and Voldemort and Harry might have lost.
This theory only works in the movie canon; in the books
1. Bellatrix wasn't present at Hogwarts to intercept Dumbledore at the Astronomy Tower;
2. Dumbledore didn't disapparate from his office, but from Hogsmeade.
Snape would not kill himself for Harry because he knew Harry had to die

In this case the Order will be less prepared for the attack as Dumbledore will die in less than a year due to the curse from the ring.
Theory, I think you underestimate like HEAVILY Yaxley and Bellatrix! haha Yaxley was barely stunned enough when they escaped the ministry. He was intimidating, and pretty determined when pissed. He also kept a certain confidence and temper. Which would have allowed him to counter and act strategically. Weaken Dumbledore had yet to reach his wand which could have fell down further, cause of the location's structure (Movie). (Okay maybe since he could do magic without wand attracting Force likewise the Elder Wand would been easy. But allegiance. Would it obey back to him? I don't remember the rule from the book. I also do think you, in turn, overestimate weaken Dumbledore in duels. You can check my comment to see what else I thought about the problems and theories! But it's pretty long!
Are we forgetting that not only will the unbreakable vow kill Snape almost instantly, but that Harry had to "die" to rid him of that little part of Voldemort that still lives inside of him; otherwise Voldemort will still come back after he is killed, and possibly use Harrys' body as a vessel to continue to live? Harry is a horcrux, remember?

Also Harry himself was a horcrux. So if he doesn’t first go into the woods to be “killed”. Voldemort can’t be really killed because part of him lives in Harry
I think the big thing you're forgetting is that Dumbledore was cursed from Riddle's ring horcrux and was destined to die soon, but I do feel that Albus would have probably helped the trio find the horacruxes. In regards to snape jumping in front of a killing curse, I have a feeling he'd instead move an object in front of it rather than just forfeit his life lol. It's been proven that you can avoid killing curses with objects blocking the trajectory. If he has time to jump in front of a killing curse, he could certainly levitate and object in front of it faster lol.

Oh man I really love this one… I love shape and wished he never killed dumbledore cuz that sealed his fate with Voldemort😭 this in my opinion would’ve been so much better just because I love snape😭🤦♂️😂
Well technically it would be an interesting thing, however, dumbledore was disarmed and greatly weakened. Not too mention snape was under the pact which if he did not killed dumbledore, he himself would die. Even if dumbledore and snape would’ve teamed up, both were doomed from the start. Snape with the pact he made to finish off dumbledore and the curse that was killing dumbledore. Im the slim chance that both made it out, both would’ve been injured but their fate was still unavoidable.
This is indeed a good story, and nicely thought out. The one thing in the way that you did not address was Snape’s unbreakable vow with Narcissa Malfoy. He had vowed to help Draco in his duty and had broken the vow within your story, so there would be a large consequence to deal with. Other than that, nice work.
In the book even dumbledore couldnt apparate in and out of hogwarts him and harry walked to hogsmeade and then apparated

If you mean Voldemort would have won, I AGREE. Snape is powerful, but not enough to eventually protect the entire Order of the Phoenix. Dumbledore would have passed away from the Ring Curse, and with no watcher from the dark side, I do think it would be tragic end, or an end with far more casualties (example of the extraction of Harry and the 7 Potter, where I do think many would have died without Severus' intels)
1) Seriously Snape would Already Be Dead before Voldemort found out

3) The Locket in The Cave was Fake so That would have been useless to try to Destroy it.
Maybe I misunderstood, but I've always interpreted Dumbledore's remark about the importance of Harry's soul being completely whole, because he had never killed anyone, as a key to why he was able to make loving sacrifice and still survive, alongside of the part about Lily's blood. If Harry would have viciously killed a bunch of people the night he returned from the cave and thereby darkened his heart, would things really have worked as well as they did? Maybe I'm subconceously effected by watching OUAT too many times, but that was my thoughts. Also, would Dumbledore casting the Petrificus Totalus hex on Malfoy be enough to earn back the alegiance of the Elder wand? Or what else would have happened to it, not that the scene of Harry defeating Draco at Malfoy manor never happened?
Thats assuming harry would even be capable of casting the killing curse, which I doubt he would've been able to.
Also this whole theory is based on the movies and not the books so it's rubbish anyway. Really disspointing from this channel imo

nah: Snape would have died instantly because he broke the unbreakable vow. And Dumbledore was about to die soon anyway (a year since the last summer, so in this case a few months left). There was no way they could destroy all of the horcruxes in such a short timespan, as Dumbledore did not know about the location of all the horcruxes. Hogwarths would be left without Dumbledore, and without someone to protect the students from the death eaters..

Fawkes's tears could have cured the curse on Dumbledores hand could they not? That's been floating around my head since I learned of the curse and I have always wondered why Dumbledore never used fawkes's tears to cure his curse

Also Voldemort would have to *"AVADA K E D A V R A !"* Harry, to destroy the Horcrux inside him. Otherwise the Dark Lord would still remain. At least part of him.

You have a major issue with the theory that creates two massive plot holes. If Dumbledore never dies then the never loses mastery of the Older Wand. As such you can't guarantee that Harry will die at the hands of Voldemort to destroy the Horcrux within Harry, that's the first major issue. However let's say Harry does die like normal and come back to duel him at the Battle of Hogwarts, because Voldemort won't be using the Elder Wand, and instead be using his Yew wand, then Harry and Voldemort's duel would happen just like it did in the Graveyard where neither can gain the upper hand due to the shared wand cores.
The only reason Harry won that duel was because Voldemort was not Master of the Older Wand and tried to use it against Harry, who was the master of the Elder Wand. If neither of them is using it, nor Master of it, then their duel is a stalemate and as we know Harry HAD to be the one to defeat Voldemort.
Besides Snape had the Unbreakable Vow to help Draco. If Snape didn't kill Dumbledore, he would have died instead.

One thing this fanfic missing is that Snape was bound by the curse to kill Dumbledore if Draco failed
it's a fun fanfiction but it's got a lot of issues, as plenty of other comments have already pointed out.
but here is one more : if snape doesn't kill dumbledore, the final fight with harry and voldemort likely would go very different as the elder wand's allegiance isn't a factor.
not to say this is a bad fanfiction but a little more research into canon info could improve the writing a lot.

I agree with many comments here. Snape would have died as soon as he was no longer aiding Draco in completing his task because of the vow. Malfoy would have been punished for not completing his task. Dumbledore would have died within a year because of the curse from the ring. And Voldemort probably would have known that so might have waited out their deaths. By then he would have known they were seeking the horcruxes and could have hid nagini better and possibly made more. I dont think it would have turned out better in this instance. Sn
I don't know if he could have made more horcruxes, Voldemort thought that the number 7 was magical and also everytime he makes another one, he loses half of his remaining soul, before using Avada Kedavra on Harry in the forbidden forest, Harry technically had more of Voldemort's soul than Voldemort himself, he'd probably have to stop making more at some point.

Idk very few spells are powerful enough to last after the caster dies. Bellatrix was the mediator for the vow so maybe with her gone the vow would be unenforceable.
Bellatrix was still alive on the tower, so as soon as Snape didn't finish what Draco started, the vow would activate

There are some Problems: The Elderwand fall of the tower and the locked was a false one. Also Snape would died imediatly because he decided to broke the vaul he gave to Narzissa. And because of the course Dumbeldore had only one month to life.
And i dont get it what with harry as horxcrox (you know what i mean i am bad at spelling) how would they destroy that one because then voldemort can live ...

One thing I didn't understand in the fantastic beasts crimes of griendawald is if the mirror of erised shows you your greater desire then why did dumbledore see himself and griendawald in the mirror making the blood pact where as the blood pact was already created and was in existence!

Just to say Dumbledore would die anyway due to the fact that Snape made an unbreakable vow to Narcissa Malfoy to help Draco and even kill Dumbledore If it came to that
A few things: First the unbreakable vow is still a thing, meaning Snape would have died regardless.
Second: Bellatrix wasn’t there the night Dumbledore died. She was in the flm, but not in the book. Books are lore!
Thirdly: The locket that Dumbledore and Harry got was a fake, so if they “destroyed” it, Voldemort wouldn’t have had any idea.
Fourthly: Even Dumbledore couldn’t apparate in or out of Hogwarts, in book canon, which again is lore!
Fifthly: If Snape died for Harry, the part of Voldemort’s soul in Harry would not have been destroyed, therefore Voldemort wouldn’t have been dead.
Sorry, but this video wasn’t well constructed. Not hating, just trying to help you’s out, so that next time you can plan the video a bit better 🤗

The creator said it was a movie theory and that’s why it mentions bellatrix being there. Unfortunately, the description box, title of the video, and the video itself never explicitly state the theory is for the films. With no direct explanation, we all just assumed it was a book theory because the books are canon and it is much more common to see book theories than movie theories. He does allude to it being a movie theory when he says you can’t apparate in or out of Hogwarts unless you are Dumbledore himself which happens in the movies. What caused me to believe this was based off the book was at 3:55 when he says, “the events to come next would be entirely different from the events of the seventh book.” But the events in the book wouldn’t be worth mentioning if this was a movie theory, he should’ve said seventh and eighth movies. @@callumdrage1051 You're harsh! I agree, this one was surprisingly not deep in knowledge about HP books, or even movies (because of the unbreakable vow above all), which is totally unlike Theory. But Theory makes GREAT videos about HP otherwise which is my Pensive, cause I forgot so many things and didn't go on Pottermore/Wizarding World. I just think Theory needs to elaborate more on fan fiction but again I agree, I didn't like the fan fiction... But he just needs to improve :) It's his first one!
But bellatrix wasn’t at Hogwarts the night it all went down so there’s no way Dumbledore would’ve killed her. She was there in the movie, not the book.

As others have mentioned, Snape would have died at the precise moment he made the deliberate choice to defy the conditions of his vow. It would only be Dumbledore and Harry. The locket was also fake, so they'd have to hunt down the real one. Though I would bet Dumbledore would probably know who RAB is and they could even find the real one before Umbridge acquires it. That said, Dumbledore acquired the curse almost a year prior, and he was given less than a year to live. He'd be dead at any moment anyways, so there wouldn't be any time to get much done.
Another huge issue is that Harry still contains a horcrux that needs to be destroyed in order to get rid of Voldemort. And for Harry to survive its destruction, Voldemort himself has to be the one to try and kill him. Setting up the same conditions to allow this to occur would be rather tricky.
Another important detail is who now owns the Elder Wand. It would be whoever disables Draco, but you did not specify whether this was Snape or Dumbledore. If it's Snape, then that complicates the situation because Snape would die immediately after defying his vow. So the power of the Elder Wand would actually die with him. If Dumbledore disables Draco, the wand would simply return to him.

As everyone else has noted, both Snape and Dumbledore would have died shortly. Snape almost immediately for foiling Draco's plot and Dumbledore from the ring curse. This would have left Hogwarts extremely vulnerable. It would have been almost impossible to get the sword of Gryffindor or discover that the Lestrange vault held the Cup. This would have made it nearly impossible to defeat Voldemort.
Exactly what I thought too ;) Theory overestimated Dumbledore's life span deeply, the Vow was greatly overseen.

Sorry but this doesn't add up in any way. Dumbledore had the curse from the locket on him so he would die within not much time. Snape made the unbreakable vow so he would die as soon as he attacked Bellatrix. Sorry bud

This theory is absolute none sense bec u started from the events in the astronomy tower. Dumbledore will die from the curse, as snape will die from the unbreakable vow. Now i see some comments that it wont affect snape as he helped draco anyway. The vow was especifically for snape to finish the task (kill dumbledore) if draco cant. And then most probably lucius and narcissa will die or something from their son's failure. More casualties and less chances for them to succeed. I love theories too but at least read and understand the nature of the story from the books before such things as this
The guy who narrated this fan fiction, Star Wars Theory, always twist things around for a happy and desirable ending, regardless of how unrealistic it is or how much it deviates from the storyline.

Voldemort killing Snape was just too cruel when you really think about it. All he really had to do was disarm him in order to become the true master of the Elder Wand, so casting Expelliarmus would have been enough. But instead, he went straight for the kill.
He was under the impression that you had to kill the last owner to become the master of the elder wand
two flaws here:
1. Snape made an Unbreakable Vow with Narcissa that he would step up to the task of killing Dumbledore if Draco couldn't do it.
2. Dumbledore had Stunned Harry just before the Death Eaters entered the Astronomy Tower. unless Dumbledore himself Enervated him back, Harry wouldn't be able to fight alongside Dumbledore & Snape.

If Albus Percival Wolfric Bryan Dumbledore didn’t ask Severus Snape to kill him by saying“Severus...Please.” And Severus Snape didn’t perform the curse and Draco Malfoy did it, Draco Malfoy would have died by Voldemort. Voldemort was gonna kill him for being the master. Although Draco Malfoy was the master by disarming Dumbledore, Voldemort didn’t know so he thought since Snape killed him he killed him instead. In The Deathly Hallows Part 2 we learned in Penseive Dumbledore was gonna die either way. What if Snape lied..? Since Dumbledore couldn’t keep Lily and James Safe what if Snape lied to him, saying he was gonna die in a year. Before you say “He made an unbreakable vow with Narcissa so he was gonna die.” If you paid attention closely she said “If Draco decides to fail the deed would you the deed for the dark lord yourself?” She didn’t say kill Dumbledore so Draco didn’t have to go through the pain. If Snape peer pressured Draco even more if Snape killed him. Since he wanted Dumbledore to more upset for breaking his promise because he wanted to get back for Dumbledore not protecting the love of his life enough.We would have a dead Draco and an Alive Snape, which in my opinion I preferred better. To be honest I wanted both of them dead, but 1 is better than 0. Draco would have been dead and then Harry didn’t have to go through to pensieve to learn he had to die, he would have Snape tell him he had to die, but if he did Snape was gonna die. Voldemort could go through Harry’s mind and then boom he knew Snape was a traitor so he was still gonna kill him either way. But what if Snape did the same thing to Harry to find the sword of Gryffindor, show a Patronus that leads him to a note or some random message to tell Harry he had to die. Snape also wouldn’t have had to be deeply offended by Harry by Harry saying “FIGHT BACK YOU COWARD FIGHT BACK!” Since Harry lost his mentor and friend he would be even more upset at Draco. The long-time bully and disliked person that Harry could have Imagined. Although Snape treated Harry as James and ruining his life here and there we have a bully that Harry could have lashed his anger on to Draco. Then Snape would die of old age. But Harry wouldn’t have supported him because Snape would still treat Harry as James. In the film Snape knew he was dying as his neck was bleeding because of Nagini biting him he decided to die happily and think of all of the positive stuff instead of the bad. The 1st thing he thinks of is lily and how Harry had his eyes, so that’s why he said, “You... have your mother’s eyes...” But no, he wouldn’t have done that, he would have still tormented Harry and treated him like James. Then when Harry got more advanced he would do something to Snape like jynxing him or hexing him. Snape would have had a longer but harder life.
A problem I see was that You mentioned Malfoy disarmed Dumbledore. And then Dumbledore eventually went back to grab his wand. His wand is the elder wand. From the point malfoy disarmed him, he was a true master of the elder wand. So how much would Dumbledore have been able to do with the elder wand while no longer being it’s master?
Fun theory, but there are a lot of problems.
1. Dumbldore cant apparate in the Hogwarts grounds, Harry and Dumbledore used brooms to get to the astronomy tower.
2. Dumbldore Snape and Harry wouldnt just kill all the deatheaters. Dumbldore has shown that he doesnt really want to kill them (Order of the Phoenix, battle in the ministry), Snape might kill but its unlikely as he still shows concern over his own soul, and Harry doesnt even know how to cast the killing curse (it takes more than just saying "Avada Kedavra")
3. Draco would've been killed by Voldemort for failing his mission, this means Snape would die because of the unbreakable vow, and Dumbledore was nearly dead from the curse the ring put on him so all three of them would have been dead.
4. If somehow they didnt die they coudlnt "destroy the locket from the cave" because the locket they got in the cave was a fake, the real one was with Umbridge and they had no idea at that point.
So really if Snape didnt kill dumbledore things would've gone much worse, not better.
I don't think that would be possible. Remember how Snape made an unbreakable vow with Narcissa, saying that he would complete the mission if Draco fails. So, if Snape doesn't kill Dumbledore, then Snape would have been dead right?
So he could be the spy Dumbledore wanted? He was already the spy Dumbledore wanted. Also just as many have stated, SNAPE had made the unbreakable vow with Bellatrix and Mrs malfoy. I've loved this channel but this single video shows that he has a limited knowledge of the movies. I personally believe that he should take the 18 hours and watch the series again.
