Hey Ben and crew! I know that some of the folks that follow you are very understanding about digging in rocky soils! most people don't get to dig in mountain rock! What takes us to dig through this kind of geology in the high mountains is a pain in our asses! i don't care what these other folks have to say about you and or others that do this kind of excavation takes time! Ask me how I know! I have to dig in Colorado rock every day! Hang in my brotha! keep up the great work!
I hope you enjoyed your lunch at the café, because you never said! Some great food there! Are you aware that Horsetail Falls is man-made? SCE releases water from Gem and Waugh Lakes into Rush Creek so that flow will be larger in the next couple of months. I love to kayak there!

The food at the SLR Cafe is amazing. I’ve been going there for 30 years. Everything on the menu is outstanding.
