Okay heres how u can do it.This workedfor me u might not get ehat u eant but it worked.
Go to themes then go to walpapers and pick a walpaper you want to apply.
Click apply on both homescreen and lockscreen
Then find a dark walapaper(can have gray in it or white or black also blue) or if you want other colour for google dynamic rsther than blue,take a picture that has those colours.
Then apply that picture on the homescreen or lockscreen.
The dynamics will change.
If you want the same picture on both homescreen and lockscreen but dont like the colour then put a filter on it so it looks gray or any colour u want for the dynamics and apply to home screen or lockscreen.
