Una domanda: non bisogna sciacquarle nel Aqua dopo averle lasciato riposare con il sale ? Non è troppo salato ?
Se metti il sale grosso e le lasci per 30' allora si rende necessario il risciacquo. Se invece metti il sale fino per 10' di sosta, non è necessario il lavaggio, basta solo asciugarle per bene con della carta cucina assorbente.
