- A classic movie franchise that terrified children across the world managed to get turned into a video game to traumatize them all over again. Jurassic Park came out in many forms and on many systems... today we're working on the Super Nintendo version of it. It's the one with the first person sections on the inside of buildings. And YEAH - NO ONE has ever beaten it in history!

I love the series dude. It's catching on for a reason. Not that you asked but please don't change anything about the format in my humble opinion, it's perfect as is.
Yes!! Absolutely loving this series!
While I would catch algo pushes during my Mario Maker binging time, it was the start of this series that i fiinally hit sub
And I look forward to every new release!
[edit: by “every” I mean all Poo droppings, not just this series. And yes, that is a fking TRIPPLE entendre, bitches!!]
This series is fun to watch. Its intresting how older games can be so much fun to watch even if they are complete piece of garbage.
It showed up in my recommendations recently and I've been watching all the videos. Can't wait for the next one.
i'm with you on that one, i love this format as well
Well said. This is how I found him, couldn’t be happier. Quality entertainer!
That T-rex has perfect comedic timing.
For real. Every time it’s perfect. Especially when it caught him mid-jump.
@@arwyss lol
the lack of saves really kills this game.
because otherwise it isn't that much of a bad game
it's also one of the very few games that utilize 4.0 surround sound and the 3d maze is done without the aid of the FX chip.
it really is a technical marvel
there's a Limited Edition Games re-release that also fixes most of the issues the original had (map, save feature, etc)
I love this game. I loved it as a kid and I love it as an adult. It's not perfect, but it's different enough to be its own thing. As a kid, the first time I saw the T-Rex, I puckered up, tried to run away, screamed and as Grant was devoured, my heart was racing, I never wanted to go back to that area of the map.
I figured out it's easier to respect the T-Rex, than to fight it.
I don't know. I played the JP Collection version and I still found this one to be a bit much. It was too cryptic and I was always at a loss of where to go next. In the end I had to use a guided checklist to finish the game.
My favourites are still the Mega Drive games but I did grow up with them so there may be a bit of bias there.
the lack of save is a major drawback but yeah this game really was amazing at the time. as clunky as the FPS sections were, it was not something you saw done all that often.
Again great series.
(for the algorithm) I gotta say the fact that you crammed Al-powered tools, machine learning, Core Web Vitals, voice search optimization, transactional and commercial queries, product reviews, purchase guides, digital detox, quiet luxury, sustainable living, life hacks, and even DIY projects into one video! On top of that, this is hands down the best Debian Linux tutorial I've ever seen. Your integration of features like enhanced dependency resolution in the package manager, a sleek, lightweight desktop environment, and a built-in firewall with an intuitive interface is pure genius.
This is the funniest comment hahaha
The Debian Linux mention has me rolling.
I concur
someone likes the spiffing brit :D *stealing*
It took me a while to realize what you're doing. Both hilarious and an absolute genius 😂
I really like the thumbnails for this series, they’re so simple and clean. All of them looking a like provides a really easy way of finding the other videos too
Definitely remember my friend leaving his SNES on for multiple days straight trying to beat this and get all the raptor eggs.
my oldest brother would do that with Bionic commando on NES.
Watched you for years with Mario maker. Kinda became uninterested in Mario, so I fell off, but now this is my favorite series on youtube. Proud of you, you deserve all the views and more!!!!
Same dude.
Yay. This is the first of the games you've shown that I DID beat legit. We left our SNES on for weeks at a time, but we did it.
This is one of my absolute FAVORITE games of all time. As a kid I used to pause it and leave the SNES on for days to figure out the different puzzles and stuff. I wound up beating it a bunch of times and I go back and play through it now every few years.
They need to make an R rated version of Jurassic Park based on the book. The book was really different. Kids don't want to see this. Us adults who remember the book and the series in general want to see this. The ending of the book was brutal. Would make a great movie.
PLEASE keep this series going! I love you playing hard classic games that I could never beat as a kid! Your Mario runs are good but these videos got me subbed to your channel!
You guys are killing it with this series. Great job poo and weskill!
Played this game as a kid without knowing English. I died over and over but your stream showed, that i visited almost every location. Just didn't know what i did. Loved the computer hand
The game might not hold up nowadays. But when i first played this game as a kid, I thought the first person segments were so cool! there wasn't much like that on the SNES at the time. So it really stood out.
Damn. Very well done :) And thanks for telling me that the game I was always looking for was actually on the mega drive :D
And, because:
I gotta say the fact that you crammed Al-powered tools, machine learning, Core Web Vitals, voice search optimization, transactional and commercial queries, product reviews, purchase guides, digital detox, quiet luxury, sustainable living, life hacks, and even DIY projects into one video! On top of that, this is hands down the best Debian Linux tutorial I've ever seen. Your integration of features like enhanced dependency resolution in the package manager, a sleek, lightweight desktop environment, and a built-in firewall with an intuitive interface is pure genius.
I remember playing this as a kid and asked my dad for help because it was so confusing.
Watching his sanity drain as he tried to figure this game out became my new entertainment
He made it a point to not swear around us kids but as i watched him play this nightmare, I learned some new words
I think based on the frustration experienced in this playthrough goes to show us that confusion and lack of direction is more annoying than technical difficulty in a game. Even in some of the past "impossible" games if you got farther, progress could be seen. In this one it was difficult to see if you even progressed at all. That is so much worse haha!
Those effects evoke nostalgia and terror. This game still haunts me as one of the few I could never beat as a kid
Congrats! This game pissed me off to no end when I was a kid.
This one was frustrating. I recall beating it once after many hours.
The 3D areas are easy, but maze-like, and give me a headache after a while.
The jump scare kills are pretty infuriating without a strategy guide. Good job!
Dude you are straight up playing every game from my childhood and im here for it! Its a shame this port was hot garbage, i remember the Game Boy version being pretty enjoyable
Finally getting to watch this, really hoping you post the long version on your other channel!!!!!!!!
Man, the hardest games for me as a kid were the WipEout games. They start off fairly easy, but later on you realise that they're closer to sim racers rather than arcade games. You have to really respect the physics, airbrakes and pitch control. I could never beat any of them, despite how short they are.
WipeoutXL was hard as nuts
WipEout 1 is so incredibly difficult, mostly because of the wall collisions. I beat it on Rapier class, but only because I used save states, Silverstream is THE hardest track I've ever raced on in a video game.
I was also thinking of Wip3out and Fusion. Even WipEout 64 has its own difficulty curve to contend with! Fusion is tough thanks to the super weapons and levelling up the ships, while the later games, such as 2048, just have tracks that are hard to master. A fair challenge, but a tough one.
I have so much Stockholm-nostalgia-pain for this game! Growing up the only two games my mother would play with me were this and Super Scope 6 (for SS6's puzzles). So. Many. Days lost to this. Watching your struggle validates the pain I suffered at the hands of this game and lets a small, tortured piece of my soul finally rest.
The randomness of Mrs. Poo Bear on the inflatable dinosaur made me laugh so hard I had to pause the video 😂😂😂
Keep it up my dude, i was never able to beat these games as a kid. Makes me feel good watching you beat these hard games
10:27 LMAO that full turn to meet face to face 😂
Staring at one another blankly. *Boom* had me in tears
This is an awesome series you're doing. The FFFUUUUU- cuts are so very relatable!
And I never find myself screaming at the screen like I do with a certain, bearded streamer who does similar videos. Your gaming sense, intelligence and listening to your chat are greatly appreciated!
Not playing this in leather pants is a betrayal of everything Ian Malcolm lounged for!
Love this series. The algorithm is really something with its recommendations but I am more than happy that it showed me this series. Keep at it, you're making great content.
I remember playing this as a kid. Pretty sure I never made it past 10 minutes.
As a kid, I had no clue wtf I was doing. I was just killing dinosaurs.
I played a lot of the Wolfenstein 3D sections with the Raptors and the missiles. And the Muzak in the elevator.
Don't think I ever made it out of the FPS parts though
hahah same. i mean i made it to a certain point, but this game is so unforgiving, it's insane
Congrats, WeSkill, on somehow making a video out of Poo being lost for like 10 hours of gameplay.
I was literally just thinking about this game while watching some of your older stuff. I was going to suggest it next! I adored this game as a kid, but man did it give me hell! And nightmares lol
This is such a great series. Thank you for putting yourself through this for our viewing pleasure.
This series is a perfect reminder of how hard these games were. Little me was very persistent trying his best to get through some of these but hopelessly failing haha
These videos are catharsis for so much childhood video game trauma. Please, for the sake of humanity, keep playing these old hard games!
This is easily becoming one of my favourite series' on youtube at the moment. Great work Poo
Love the series, hope you keep it going. It doesn't have to be impossible games to beat or whatever, just edited long plays are great to watch
I rented this game so many times as a child trying to beat it, and I can't even begin to explain why I was so dead set on it. Glad to see it show up here!
I own Jurassic Park and it was a right pain not having save points. Well done, fun to see it again.
I seriously can't believe how you grow to have the patience for some of these games, I get it was the early generations of gaming, but God to figure these out with no help and stick too it for hours to days on end, this is why I watch you poo👌
This was such a treat to watch. Thank you for playing games I never would
You have such an amazing family, GPB.
Also I will watch, comment and like every episode of this series.
The sheer fact when you start, you're pointed in the wrong direction so the game is intentionally leading you in the wrong direction from the very beginning is amazing.
GPB, this is the first game on your list that I beat as a kid. Those first-person mazes were brutal. Then finally, one day, I managed to complete all tasks and call the mainland to get the heck out of there. I remember that ending being such a disappointment for all the work I had done, all they did was to replay the game introduction of circling the island, but in reverse. That was a letdown. Fun yet frustrating game though.
Man this game was so confusing growing up. Seeing you demolish these games is cathartic!
I love the randomness of you better half In dinosaur costume. She just rolled up on you.😂
your're a refreshing change, loving ur vids
This series is keeping me alive. Poo dying a lot but I’m having fun!
Please keep this series going! Loving it so far!
Top tier playing!! Way on sticking it out til then end!
These dinosaurs spawning out of nothing are freaking funny, great video!
Funny you should say that at the start, because this is the only Jurassic Park game I know and have played. I was a kid when I did so I didn't get very far and, yes, the no saves was utterly brutal. Game on, brother, game on.
Ground Floor. Let's goooo!! Stoked to watch this. Played my friend's cart of this for hours
What I love about this series is him covering all of these B-side hard games. Shit like this was just as hard as games like Contra, but no one brings em up anymore.
Another good one to do is X-Men 1 or 2 for the genesis. Never got past the first 3rd in those fucking games.
I'm a little disappointed that you didn't say at the end that you needed the money to create your own lethal dinosaur park. :P
Fun video! I never played this one, but I remember seeing it in magazines and thinking that it was a weird looking game, with the two different camera modes.
This game is borderline impossible without the manual, which I never had! Congrats Poo!
Great job GPB! You accomplished what many of us will never do
lmaooo When the misses walked in with the Dino suit gave real Kai Cenat and Speed vibes. Too funny fam 😂 Classic game I rented and never beat! Leggooo.
This has become one of my favorite series on TH-cam!
30 years ago as a kid I played this to death and finished it countless times and knew every nook and cranny. Looking back, I have no idea how I accomplished such a feat.
Always a good day when a video from this series is uploaded!
This game was insanely complex for SNES. It’s so ridiculous that devs expected 10 year olds to figure this out in one go. My parents would turn off my SNES if I left it on. Instead we have a bunch of 30-40 year olds with major grief. Thank you Poo for doing what my therapist never could.
bro I seriously found your channel than binge watched this whole series all night I check and THERES A NEW VIDEO LMAOO
I loved JP on the game gear, but I wouldn't wish that on anyone, not even you Poo. Great job finishing the SNES version though!! The First Person sections were pretty slick as a gimmick!
Core childhood memory unlocked with that Little Caesar's Simon game comment!!!!
Me and my mum completed this way back when.. That last egg, behind a pass-through bush behind the Triceratops, was a pain to find..
She wrote a complete guide, a walk-through, since no saving..
It was I, to brag a bit, that went to the helicopter, finishing the game, therefore completing it and forever cement a saying in our family "went to the helicopter", meaning 'stealing the glory by taking the last few steps'..
Great game!
Btw., you can tranq the T-Rex..
This series is easily my favorite thing on YT now.
Not gonna lie, I loved this game. I struggled for weeks and so one day, I got some Josta (remember those!) and some snacks and started playing at 6am on a Saturday. 15 hours later I was done (I did take some breaks). To this day it is still the most satisfying finish because it was absolutely grueling. I was angry when some idiots broke into my parents house and still my controllers and games (but left the deck). I had some good ones too, Earth Defense Force, various Mario games, Donkey Kong Country, and a good variety of Nintendo games (which they stole the games and controllers but left the deck).
I don’t have PTSD, I have good memories of just sitting in my room, listening to some metal or grunge on my headphones, snacking on some Fritos and Skittles and wondering if it could ever get any better. God I hate being an adult.
This was amazing. It looked like a Technical achievement but without saves that's Brutal
I love how the dilophosaurus is its actual real life size in this game because they clearly sized it up for the first person segments, but in doing so they actually reversed arguably the biggest mistake that the movie made: making the apex predator of the early Jurassic era and one of the tallest carnivores of its time into a “cute but deadly” dino that’s about the size of a small dog.
You made it through. No one can ever take that away from you.
I really cant wait for hopping to other consoles hardest games this series is great I followed years ago for kaizo mario hacks and now this is bringing something new and fresh to the table its great keep it up
This game has kicked my ass hard as a kid. So satisfying to see it beaten now! Great job as always!
Love this series!! Keep them going
Great series, keep m coming!
Reliving all the hard games i could never beat as a kid with great commentary.
10 hours for you! That's crazy, congrats bro!!
Loving this series man. Keep up the format! It's a lot of fun to watch you overcome these!
Caught this one live and I'm excited to see it again
EDIT: Just finished the video, glad I could help you get your yacht.
I forgot that I'd ever played this game til seeing you play it here. My cousin had all the snes games I didn't have and this was one of them!
Dam my guy, definitely a fun series! Keep up destroying them childhood horrors!
Still have my SNES cart and box for this game. I have so much nostalgia tied to this game and I was never able to beat it as a kid. While the game was convoluted and beyond irritating that you couldn't ever save at least the elevator music was a JAM.
dude, this series is amazing. Can't wait for the next vid.
Yacht earned.
Loving the series! I remember renting this game and managing to beat it in five hours of playtime, keeping the system on during lunch or whatever. It wasn't that great a game, but it was fun blowing up raptors in those 3D segments. Also, I did have a Nintendo Power subscription which I think may have had an overworld map? That's kinda what that game needed.
Oh man. This game. Played it when I was like 7 and throughout my teens and couldn't figure it out. Then when I got appendicitis when I was 19 I was laid up and spent 3 days on the couch just beating this game finally. Nostalgia!
I love this series so much. I've played most of the games on this series, and while I enjoy the nostalgic high while watching, god damn young me used to get so unbelievably frustrated at how stupid hard so many of these games were. So many rental dollars tossed away because I kept renting games I could barely make any progress in
G barging in with that costume was top-tier shenanigans. She really is the perfect woman.
I really love this game and especially its soundtrack, me and my siblings used to play it on our snes and it was definitely one of my fav games on that system. Finally beat it for the first time on emulator about 1.5 years ago!
Another great video of a game Ive never beaten! Great stuff.
When TheMexicanRunner was doing NESMania, he made it a point to look through PDFs of the manuals for these old games, since sometimes important information is left out of games because it was assumed you would read the manual.
I think this would be a cool segment to include. I think a brief super cut of you going through the manual would help contextualize some information for both you and the viewers.
This was brutal 😂 Thank you for accomplishing what I could not as a child.
I didn’t beat most the games I had as a kid. Now I know why. Nice video.
Been loving this series! Keep doing it.
Loving the series Poo! One game that’s pretty hard, especially with no save states or cheats/cheeses, is Maximum Carnage. Might be nice to have a beat em up on the list.
Love this series! Gives my gen z ass a glimpse into what gaming was like before I was born and I find it super interesting.
This series is great, I have enjoyed every installment so far.
Brilliant, well played sir. My favourite thing was the raptor who just wanted to stare at you
Also if you get a yacht I want 1 go on it
Hahaha this was so entertaining. I'm loving seeing all these games that I played but never actually beat as a kid.
Man, you played some of my favorite games as a kid that I fotgot about. I loved this game, but could never beat it because I never had enough time to actually beat it.
The soundtrack is an absolute banger, and funnily enough i couldn't beat this game until I was in my 20's because I could never find the very last damn egg as a kid, the one where you hop over a river I believe. Funny, when you started this series I wondered if this game would come up lol.
